All had been going well with Jessica she was very prompt and responsive and I was scheduled to see the property I was interested in, till it was taken off the website. I emailed to ask whether or not it was still available and didn’t get a straight answer. I called in and spoke to a woman (jessica was busy at the time) who cut me off as soon as I started speaking and was raising her voice. I told her there was no need for her to be rude, and she proceeded with «well, you didn’t get the house!» And hung up. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

There guest services are way below average, Jessica is an extremely rude individual. She mis guided us towards the policies and requirement of being approved. After accepting our application fees she lost them and we needed to pay again. «RUSHING» should not be in the name of this company because they took 4 months to even notify us of our denial. During viewing of the property they rescheduled six times! The house we applied for is still on the market after months I believe they are just taking people’s application fees and pocketing it.

Tim is as professional as they come. He helped us sell our house and helped us buy a beautiful home. He kept us informed every step of the way and not once did we feel any pressure to do anything. He allowed us to be the decision makers and only gave advice if we asked for it. Tim is a real pro and doesn’t cut any corners in finding the best home for his clients.
