If I could give zero stars, I would. I saw(well not actually) Dr. Canale in November 2014. I was referred to his office for a second opinion. The appt. I scheduled was 6 weeks in advance. Which, having a GI problem, seems like forever. Upon arrival I was greeted by his P.A. The first thing she asked was: So why are you here today? That right there, automatically pissed me off and the fact that none of my records had even been sent(nor requested) there. After telling my story for the millionth time, I asked where the doctor is. He wasn’t even in the building! She received a fax of my results from the first G.I. specialist, which were«normal». I said I really have a problem that needs to be looked at. She called Dr. Canale, wherever he was at, and then told me: we can’t help you here. We’re going to refer you to UCSF. WHAT A WASTEOFMYTIME! Do not go here, he will waste your time.
