UPS Customer Center -TUMWATER

My package is 3 days past due, and I am still waiting. I am so far very unsatisfied with this locations performance. My package is out for delivery every day, but as there is no way to predict when it will arrive, I keep missing the delivery. No sticker is left on my door and neither is the package. I am also apparently unable to pick up at the UPS location. On another note, the staff at this location is very unfriendly. I have never before had a problem like this. I do not understand why the package is not just left at the door. There is a note now on the door to «PLEASE, LEAVE IT».

Ups has to be the worst shipping service in the business. My two day delivery date was missed even though package was at the Tumwater ups location. Rerouted the package (gift I was planning to wrap and mail out) under the advise of ups so package could be delivered in a timely manner. A week later, hours on the phone with the ups staff and a lot of stress the package was finally delivered. I was blatantly lied to by ups, from the local Tumwater staff to corporate.
I will not order from a company that only offers ups and it’s only shipping option in the future.
Unprofessional and rude describe ups. I’m done with this company. There was no excuse for this fiasco with ups.

the CUSTOMER CENTER is fine… but the UPS DRIVERS here are the worst. ALWAYS leaving your package with some random ass stranger and then you have to go looking for it. He NEVER leaves notice indicating package was left with some skank @ ur apt bldg… just drop it off and leave, bunch of incompetent lazy pricks.

Great customer service focus. Both times I’ve been there they have really bent over backwards to help me. This last time the customer service center was closed for the New Years Holiday, but an employee saw me leaving and taped and took my package anyways. Great service!

I do most of my shopping online and miss my packages a lot. I love the fact that I can call, ask to pick up my missed package and just stop by there to get it. I’ve always had nothing but awesome customer service which is surprising since they are so busy. They really seem to go out of their way to help you and I appreciate that a lot. Thanks again!

I just had to add this place so I could book mark it. Whenever I am not home to pick up my UPS packages, I would rather just go pick them up instead of having them attempt to deliver the packages again. I just call the number on my door sticker or log in online and create a deliver exception and go pick it up at this location. It’s perfect because if I know that I’m going to miss the UPS delivery person I can still get it on the same day as they are open from 11 – 6. I think I’ve even came slightly after 6 and there still seems to be someone there to get my package.
The are high velocity though so sometimes they’re not the friendliest bunch but sometimes after talking to people all day at work, the last thing I want to do is to drive all the way down I-​5 S during the latter part of rush hour and have a long chat about what’s hot and what’s not with the UPS people. I just want my package and I’m glad they are there when I need them.
You can also mail items from here as well locally and internationally and buy postage. I think they even sell mailing items and boxes, but don’t quote me on that. If you’re picking up packages be sure and bring your ID because they are serious about that!
I give this place 3.5 stars.
