Do everything you can to stay away from this cleaners. They have now misplaced my clothes three times and I’ve had to hunt them down. Today, I found my home delivery items hanging on someone else’s front door. What makes matters worse is that nobody from Spiffy’s will call me back regarding my issue/complaint!

On August 26, 2015 Charles adequately addressed my complaint to my complete satisfaction. I thank them for taking care of this issue and I’m returning now as a happy and satisfied customer. Thanks Spiffy’s. BEWARE!!! The location at 55th and Harvard is destroying garments and will not reimburse you. In June 2015, their dry cleaning machine destroyed one of my pants that was part of a dress suit. After filing out two claim forms, given the run around by their store manager Caroline and leaving three messages for their«General Manager» Charles who has not had the decency to even return my calls, I’m still out a suit as of August 202015. I even offered them to simply pick up the same suit, my size, any color from the local department store that carries the suit(it was a store brand suit), provide me the receipt so that I can exchange the color if needed, they have not taken care of my request. They are a disgrace!

Spiffy’s is an excellent service ! The location at 81st and Yale does an outstanding job ! They are a high quality cleaning service with a super friendly, efficient and helpful staff. I would highly recommend their services to everyone in the community.

Love our neighborhood Spiffy’s. Inexpensive, close to home, always GREAT customer service! Today Carolyn was a gem helping me get my clothes to my car. She puts the customer first every time! Thank you!
