Protect Your Home – ADT Authorized Premier Provider

If there was a No Stars then ADT would get it! Took two years to cancel account. Haven’t had service that entire period and was charged for it every month. I was given $ 100 credit once by a CSR that thought that’s what would satisfy my pocket book! I finally found the ADT office here on Tulsa and they directed me to the correct division to contact. They gave me an email address and phone number to call. Did a directed with email with no results. Phone call worked. But a week later I get two pieces of mail from ADT. One was a $ 84 bill and a letter wanting me to call Customer Service and explain why in the world I cancelled my account with ADT! I just hung up with the nicest little lady there who is moving this up to the Corporate Office. Will I get my money back? I doubt it because I stopped paying them after finding out I didn’t have service two years ago. TNT is the way to go !
