Took my broken Samsung Galaxy S3 to have the glass repaired. Tim, the manager repaired it for me and everything seemed great. A few weeks later I noticed spots appearing under the glass and thought these might be caused by dust or bacteria being introduced during the replacement process.
After a few more weeks of putting up with this issue I to my phone back in and they removed the glass, cleaned it and replaced it again. This still didn’t resolve the issue and it seemed to get worse.
Once again I took my phone in, this time to Kenny who performed the whole process again. This still didn’t resolve my issue so Kenny called Tim and he agreed to replace both glass and digitizer for the difference.
These guys do whatever they can to satisfy the customer. Excellent customer service!
