We joined their Co-op program a few months ago and cannot say enough good things about it. It costs $ 45 annually to be a member and then you start receiving weekly emails about ordering for the upcoming week. They offer a meat bag, produce bag, and combination breakfast bag all of which are $ 35 each. All of the produce is organic and the meat is organic or all natural. They never use added chemicals, hormones, antibiotics, toxins, or nitrites. We usually go for the meat bag and let me tell you, this is the best quality meat in Tulsa. It comes frozen and it is enough to feed 1 – 2 people per week. We get beef, pork, chicken, fish — always a great variety. The quality is readily apparent when preparing and eating their meats. SO much better than anything else available in the area. Previously we had been buying our meat at Whole Foods and making the switch to the Co-op definitely helped to cut down our grocery bills. It is always too much for us but since it is frozen, we just save it for next week and might not even need to order a new bag every week. We pick up at the store but they also have delivery options available. They have a small store with other grocery items but I haven’t purchased anything other than the Co-op bags.

I slipped and fell on the ice and I I can’t drive and barely walk. I found this lovely place on the internet and they delivered my groceries to me in about 30 min. very helpful and patient with me as I was just trying to get some groceries here before the next snow/ice storm. What a wonderful place!

We ate lunch at the one in South Tulsa on 91st and Sheridan. Our chicken salads were ample sized and tasty. Service was a bit slow, but we hardly noticed because we were enjoying each other’s company. We browsed their shelves before departing and picked up some nitrate-free turkey bacon and some bulk quinoa. We will definitely return… it’s a lovely little store with tons of fresh, organic and local offerings.
