They broken my Tom Ford frame and said not their responsbility for the damage. Worst service NA! Anywhere but here!

Poor service. Small selection. The optometrist seems to know what he is doing, but they did put my prescription into the computer wrong and had to run over to the sales floor and research which glasses they made me. Overpriced and very impersonal. Months later, after visiting Empire Optical and getting a pair of frames, I realise that the glasses I have from Lenscrafters dont even fit properly. Will not do business with them again.

possibly the worst service of any business i have been to in tulsa. the due date was never honored. the excuses given were patently false and they tried to not honor their written guarantee of a full refund if not completely satisfied. all in all the last place i would ever go for my eyewear needs.
