Best Lane Bryant in Tulsa I say! The ladies there have great customer service and are always smiling! I felt so welcomed here! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

First of all I want to say that the location on this map is incorrect, this store is located across from the Cinemark movie theater by Garnet and 71^st .
I was dreading going to get a swimsuit because of my weight. In fact it has been almost 6 years since I’ve had a swimsuit. Stephanie was the first person I spoke with and she was actually excited to help me. Stephanie picked out a swimsuit for me and asked me if I’d ever had a swimsuit with a bra and I hadn’t. I thought I was going to be doing the truffle shuffle just to get it on but it fit perfectly. Stephanie was a very very nice person. She actually went above and beyond to do her job and made me feel valued not only as a customer but as a person. If I ever have my own business I’m going to steal her away from Lane Bryant, she was so nice. Next time you guys go in ask for Stephanie, she will help you and with a smile too.

My absolute fave location in all of Oklahoma… (Been to several) the girls in the store know me by name, what style I like and help me put outfits together! There is always a sale or coupon you could use and they try to help get the best deal! I love the manager Caroline! Super sweet! If you wanna feel like a million bucks, go see the girls at this location

As a lady with specific size needs for her undergarments, Lane Bryant will always be a staple for me; however, I have been disappointed by the LB’s in Oklahoma City — messy, poor selection, rude and/​or unhelpful sales clerks — so mostly, I stick to online shopping.
That is, unless I’m in Tulsa for the Lane Bryant of all Lane Bryants in Oklahoma. This store is quite the opposite of its kin in OKC. The selection is fantastic, not only in variety of clothing but size. The store is very well-​kept, and I didn’t think ‘ugh, how messy’ not once while there. And on top of it all, the sales clerks are NICE and willing to HELP… who knew?!
This week has been the Buy 2 bras, get 2 bras (quite a deal if you know how high LB prices run), and the sales clerk was so nice in attending to me and my friend. She asked us if we needed anything pulled down and even went to the back to see if my size could be found there. Service was delivered with such grace and aplomb that I am not accustomed to that I felt like I had entered the twilight zone of Lane Bryants.
So major ups, Lane Bryant of Tulsa. Good job.

At first we couldn’t find anyone to help us. I was losing patience. Then we found Toni. She was so nice! She was extremely helpful and attentive to my extremely needy friend.
