I have been going to Jimmy’s for several years. I had believed they had the best eggs benedict. But I just went recently and ordered it and what I got was incredibly disappointing. English Muffin, poached eggs with a paper thin slice of ham. I am pretty sure they spent less than a dollar produce my breakfast that I paid about $ 18 for with juice and coffee and the tip. Sadly I do not know why they determined that a slice of Canadian bacon was no longer required and I cannot imagine why they think a 2 mm thin paper thin slice of ham is okay. After eating it I was still hungry. I guess I won’t be going back. I guess they got a new management who is more interested in skimping on the plates more than gaining repeat customers. I wonder where I can find a good Eggs Benedict? You certainly won’t get one at this Jimmy’s Egg. I hear there is a place called Timmy’s that may be good.

Turn the air conditioner down on cool days! I realize the kitchen is hotter and the cook wants to be comfortable. However I do NOT enjoy eating with my teeth chattering. I am warm natured and usually can take things cooler. Won’t be coming back to this specific location for sure. Hash browns tasted of old grease, over medium eggs way undercooked(slimey whites), and grits watery, definitely instant. Two stars because at least wife’s omelette was good. Not my expectation for a Jimmys egg based on previous experience.

Staff and service usually quick and nice, except for few exceptions where staff borrowed from another locations. Temperature is cold at 69 degrees. Too uncomfortable for casual breakfast meeting. Food okay and generous.
