THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The techs working here are really welcoming. The salon is clean from head to toe and smells really good. The prices are reasonable. Didn’t had to wait long till a nail tech came and walked me to her station. She was very gentle with me throughout the process of my manicure. She never once cut me at all. She also comply to all my requests without a single problem. When she was done, my nails looked like absolutely beautiful! Definitely worth spending your money here! Services was amazing! I highly recommend coming here!

Not at all what I expected after reading most of the reviews… I had high expections of this place and couldn’t wait to come in. I went for a pedicure and manicure ($ 40 combo they have).
I was never even asked if I’d like a beverage, the lady doing my nails walked away 3 times in the middle of the service without saying a word (I watched her walk over to another person at the front desk and talk for 3 to 5 mins at I time-​I timed her) and for my ‘manicure’ she used a wooden 2’x4’ and placed it across my pedicure chair!
Not pleased at all with the service or overall experience. Won’t be back.

Came in last minute to get nails painted for a Christmas party that is this evening. The gentleman did a wonderful job! I will be coming back for other services!
I am impressed with this salon. The amount of people working at one time is nice to see for the large size of this salon! I have been to other places where there is hardly anyone working for the size of business they had.

Came in to get a manicure and was blown away by the services here. Everyone working was friendly and funny. The salon is very clean. The nail lady working on me was gentle and fulfill all my requests. Not once did she cut me while removing my cuticles and cut all my nails evenly.

Came in last minute on a whim with our bridal party and they got us all in! Very considerate and accommodating, clean and very personable staff. Not pushy at all it was so incredibly nice and relaxing, I am a nail tech myself so to find this little gem was the best!!!

This was a good place. It’s pretty inside with nice massage chairs and they have snacks and wine. We got an upgraded pedicure (approx $ 44) with a scrub, massage and wax. My sister got a guy who gave her a much better and longer massage. I got a good foot massage but the leg massage was lame. I’m overall pretty happy with my pedicure. We walked in at 640pm on a Wednesday and they were pretty busy but got us in right away. I would return here.

Not impressed at all what so ever. Came in at the 91^st and Yale location. Personally, if I’m going to pay good money for a service it better be freaking worth it. My pedicure took no more than 15 – 20 mins. When it came to the manicure, it’s like my cuticles weren’t even touched at all. Pretty disappointed on the service itself. It looks nice inside, but the employees made it unattractive.

I am so disappointed in this salon. I’ve been going here for 2 years because the service was always so amazing and they knew me by name. It’s a pretty pricey place but it was always worth it. But recently they have been giving me terrible service.
Today was the last straw. I went in during my lunch break and got my regular pedicure that is supposed to take over 30 minutes. It wasn’t even 15 minutes later and the guy was done. There were six employees and one other customer so it’s not like they were busy. The pedicure I get calls for a 10 minutes massage (which is my favorite part) and I’m not even kidding, he was done in 10 seconds. He didn’t even put lotion on my legs when he did it! And the entire time he was staring out the window and not even paying attention to what he was doing. So pretty much I just paid over $ 30 to soak my feet in lukewarm water and get my toes painted. I could have save the money and the trip and did that at home. I should have said something and I thought about not paying for it, but I chickened out. I’m just never going back.

I’ve been to the Yale location a couple times since my last review, and sadly, things haven’t gotten any better. My last pedicure was so rushed, and the massage (which promised to be 20 min. on the menu) lasted about 45 seconds. Do they really think the customers don’t notice when they get shortchanged on their services? I wish I had spoken up, but it’s just too awkward to get in a confrontation about how long someone is rubbing your feet.

Last week I came in to get a regular acrylic fill and a pedicure. Worst I’ve ever gotten by far.
My fill was so low quality that it started chipping and my acrylics were lifting 3 days later. I asked how much a crystal design would be… They said $ 2 a nail. Later when I ended up paying the bill it was two dollars a crystal and cost more than my fill, and I still had nail polish left all over my fingers. They wouldn’t clean around the edges so I ended up doing it at home! A week later I don’t have a single crystal left and my polish is very chipped.
My pedicure was an even worse experience. First, the water was cold when I got in to soak my feet. I asked my girl if she could refill it with warm water and said she didn’t have time because someone was waiting on my chair. No kind of salts added to the water like promised on the menu. Then she cut my cuticles so far that three of them were bleeding, didn’t apologize, and then proceeded to spray alcohol on my open cuts. My massage lasted 2.5 minutes per leg with zero pressure, the menu said it was supposed to last 15 minutes. Then she used the hot stones on my shin… Which would’ve felt good except for the fact the stone was so hot she couldn’t even hold it in her hand. I asked her to wait a few minutes to cool the stone down and she refused again because of time, and I left with red marks all over my legs. When I went to pay I complained about my service and they stated that if I didn’t pay the $ 52, they would call the police. Worst service and nail salon I’ve ever been to. Don’t go here!!!

Tonight I splurged on a ‘milk and honey’ pedicure for my prego feet and thoroughly enjoyed the deep scrub and massage! Was it the best? Maybe not for the price, but still a win. There was hot wax and a stone element to rub down my shins and make the feet oh so soft!
The space is clean and feels special with lighting and nice décor. Polishes are high quality and they have an abundance of color.

Surprised to see negative reviews… I had a very pleasant experience! The massage chair was wonderful and the leg massage that came with the basic spa pedicure was even better! Only complaint is it had to end! I recommend this spa!

Used to be a pretty good place now they just want to get paid for a quick job. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I went with a group of friends and they did a so-​so job on my nails but charged me an extra $ 5 to remove my shellac since I wasn’t getting shellac again and tried to apply a design without asking me. Then the tech admitted that the design would have cost another $ 5. They wrongly accused one of my friends of not paying even though she and her sister had paid together. When I went to the ladies room while they finished my friends’ nails, they assumed that I had skipped out on my bill and began to harass my friends again. Not going back!

We’re great when they first opened. Now a few years later I guess they have enough biz cause they aren’t very friendly & charge u for EVERY little thing!
