Woohoo is right! This store has gone above and beyond to make sure I was a very satisfied customer. Adam is the manager and how nice was he! Thank you Jean for getting me that package so quickly. I cannot express my appreciation enough, except to get back to Tulsa as quickly as I can for(2) new pair of glasses. See you soon.

Honestly i don’t think this place was worth one star. The staff is rude. When i walked in i asked of they had time to see a family of four. I was met with an annoyed sigh and eyes being rolled. They bully you in to getting what they want you to get. I was getting contacts, when i was fitted with trials i told them i could see them and i couldn’t see right. I was told i wasn’t used to them so i tried to wear them and for 3 days my eyes hurt so bad and i had terrible headaches. That was AFTER i removed them. I felt like my son was discriminated against as soon as the doctor found out he had adhd. As soon as he found out he told my son to sit with his hands in his lap and then looked at me and said, «i know that’s too hard for him.» after that i was completely done. Also i have a medical condition that effects my eyes and the dr wanted to see me again to look at it. When i walked out of the exam room the dr was at the desk in the waiting area talking about it aloud. Isn’t that a violation of the HIIPA privacy policy? They actually expected me to go back?! Nope. Now they won’t give my girlfriend her contact prescription. She wants to get hers elsewhere. If they don’t give it to her she’ll have to pay for a new exam. I’m very angry at this place staff and dr. NEVERGOTHERE!

I used these people for about a decade, but finally got enough. The employees usually ignored me when I went in and didn’t help when I asked for help with glasses that were small enough for my face. The actual glasses were always good and they always marked the bifocal in the right place, but the last time they gave me nonservice, I just left and went elsewhere. I am little, but don’t want to wear kids glasses.

Location on Sheridan has horrible customer service. Older lady refused to help customers even as she stood laughing with other staff in the back(1 star). So after walking out; drove to the yale and 41st location. Major difference. Employees here actually seem to like their jobs and other people. «Overall» ok experience minus all the driving.
