All Things Cake

I’ve ordered 3 times from ATC (with fourth coming up) and every time has been great! The cake tinis are simply delicious! We ordered our wedding cake here and had a wonderful experience — it was beautiful! Their cupcakes are also yummy — try the mint with chocolate. I like how they don’t use a lot of dye in their cupcakes. Janette is super sweet! Must try!

I have used All Things Cake 4 times for birthday cakes. The cakes have all turned out beautifully and have tasted wonderfully. Each time, I have gotten the same flavors– the top chocolate chip and and the bottom strawberry– and everyone has raved about them. I have never had any problems with their costumer service. However, some of my friends have had problems with them not calling back and being short on the phone. Again, I have been very pleased with them. It is sad that so many people have had problems with the «business» side of it, because the cakes REALLY are good and look amazing!

I really think this store needs to choose… are you a bakery or are you a supply store? Obviously being both doesn’t work!
The whole time I was in the store the owner was too busy chit chatting with soemone working on an order in the back.
They were not friendly & were even talking negative about orders and how the person just wanted too much on their cake.
Once I finally got their attention to help me, the phone rang and she took it, said she’d call the person back since she had customers in the store, then went to the back to chit chat again, never returning to me to answer my questions! I felt like I should just call from her shop so she might atleast acknowledge me!
Its very sad at the lack of customer service & how you are treated like a nusience. This happened a year ago too but I figured they were stressed since they just openened… no…I think they generally are just rude!
Sadly they do have a good supply of products that you won’t find at a craft store so you’re stuck! I only bought what I had to have from her! Everything else I went to hobby lobby for even though I wasn’t planning on it just because I didn’t want to spend more money in her store since I clearly was an unappreciated customer!

I custom ordered my birthday cupcakes here and the red velvet cupcakes tasted okay (nothing special)…i asked specifically for fondant numbers on my cupcakes and paid extra for it, and they didn’t do it… they just piped it with icing. when i asked if anything could be done about it, they apologized and were closing the store in a few minutes, so nothing could be done. honestly, i’m never coming back. I’ve tasted better cupcakes and they used too much dye in the frosting, cuz it was staining everyone’s teeth for the day :(.
