The only legitimate shoe store in the area.
Remember when you used to go to a shoe store & someone would come over & measure your foot, then help you find the best shoe for your needs? Well, the only place I know of that still does that is Clayton’s shoes.
They’ve been open for over 100 years! Cool antique shoes and stuff decorate the showroom. No fad shoes here, only the best stuff. Kinda makes it seem expensive, but when you can buy a pair at Clayton’s that lasts for years instead of a few months at a chain store, it makes sense.
My daughter wears extra wide shoes and the only place that sells shoes that fit her feet is Clayton’s. They are always nice & always busy, so don’t expect to run in and out, because they take as much time as needed for each customer.
