Oak Valley Apartments

I was so happy to have found this place. It has been such a blessing for myself and kids. Its closer to my new job and close to both of my kids school. Finding a place with the right location was the most important to me and with oak valley I got just that plus more, from the welcoming and friendly staff in the office and the maintenance worker. Everyone has been so great and gave me the reinsurance that I made the right decision moving here. They even left a little welcome gift for us when we moved in, which was just perfect for me with all the moving I had no time to cook so that gift of the pizza and drinks was ever so appreciated, and who don’t like gifts. Definetly recommened this place, two thumbs up!

The leasing and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that any problems are taken care of as quickly and as thoroughly as possibly. The community and pool are quiet, clean, and there is plenty of parking. I’ve been living here for about 7 months and have yet to find a problem to make me regret moving here. I’m glad I moved here from my other apartment complex. This is definitely one of the best complexes in the area.

Management team is very nice and efficient. Maintenance never has you waiting very long. Apartments are very nice for the price. Good location. I recommend this complex to everyone.

This place was my home for 6 years! I absolutely fell in love with my apartment the first minute I walked in. The staff was always nice, courteous, and prompt! Kris is an amazing apartment manager! The 24 hour fitness center was a major plus, because I tended to get off work late. The pool was always clean and maintained, and the security guard and security gate was a major plus! My family was growing so I needed to find a bigger place, this is the perfect place for a small family and have recommended these apartments to several people.

Oak valley apartments are truly the best complex in this dusty town. The management team Kris and Geneva are very professional and courteous. The grounds are kept up and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. Iam very happy with the complex and would recommend oak valley to anyone!

I have been a resident for 2 years. Amenities are good, plus parking is always available (it can get a little crowded at night). The pool is kept clean, plus there is a fitness room that is open 24 hours. Kids are usually at the playground and grill area, but is not a problem. AC is a little old and will turn to ice if you quickly turn the thermostat down (so no cool air when its frozen). Fridge and washer/​dryer are included plus location is ideal.
Some complaints include that there is a large amount of dogs nearby (in the neighborhood) and they tend to bark at anything and everything. You are in dairy country so you notice the smell of cattle nearby (especially early morning). I would recommend this complex to people who want to start out or become long term residents.
