These guys are life savers. My ac went out in July and another ac company came in and mis-​diagnosed the problem. These guys went out of their way and schedule to rush my job. They were very helpful and sympathetic to my problem. I would recommend this company to anyone and plan on using them in the future.

This is by far one of the worst companies I’ve worked with. Recently Hancock was brought out to service and clean air conditioners. After the serviced the equipment, I had a horribly frustrating conversation with this company about what cleaning means. I felt that cleaning meant removing old dirt and caked on dust from the unit. they however did not.
I simply asked the company if they felt they did the best possible job they could. they responded by confirming they had performed to the best that they could and that they proudly stand by their work.
I have included photos of what they consider to be the best possible work. If you believe their result is the best possible work, then I believe you have found your company. I also have included the outcome from a different company performing their best work. I suggest highly you review the photos prior to choosing this company to clean and service your units.
