I absolutely love this place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. the equipment is brand new and state of the art. The offer everything from one on one personal training to boxing classes. They even have a Certified Massage Therapist. They will be starting self defense classes soon, among other types of classes. I really recommend you take the time to go check them out. They are AWESOME!!!

Great prices and a friendly staff that cares. A gym where they know what your needs are and actually who you are. The staff truly helps the clients. They are always are asking what they can do for you. Lots of services provided. Personal trainning all the way to boxing and many more classes for all ages. Definitely recommend to others. The schedule and business hours are great. Friendly people who attend this gym. I have met a lot of people since I joined. I truly enjoy coming here. Functional fitness makes the environment fun to work out. Thanks everyone
