The owner reached out to me on Unilocal and was clearly concerned about my previous rating. He apologized and took ownership or the situation and invited me to come in and talk in person if I ever wanted to. Owners of a business can not always be there– and when they are not or when something goes wrong and they simply show they care is all that one can really expect. The owner of this store clearly cares about his customers and that says a lot.

If you are a Seahawks fan, terrific. $ 10 cotton t shirts with name and number too.

Per my previous review, my wife exchanged her jersey that she was given for her birthday.
My wife is also at fault due to her hasty decision. She hates trying clothing on in the stores. Well this time around, she got the raw end of the deal. She exchanged her size medium jersey for a size large. Granted, I wouldn’t think that there would be such a HUGE difference in the sizing (she still should have tried on first). The large she walked out with almost hung to her knees. Not acceptable.
I returned the very next day to exchange the jersey back to the medium to no avail. The medium was swooped up the same night we returned it. I was advised that shipments come in everyday and to keep calling to check if a size medium arrives. My wife called numerous times as well as physically went into the store with no such luck.
My wife’s birthday is in July (exchanged beginning of September) and we finally were able to walk home with a size medium upgraded jersey on Friday October 17^th.
I am updating my review from 3 stars to 4 stars since my wife was given an upgraded jersey and made happy. Not sure if it was due to customer care or due to the fact that she’s been stalking them for months. Either way, she’s happy.
I’d give 5 stars if a greater selection of sizes were available in a timely manner. Over a month and still no size medium in the gifted jersey. I don’t understand that. Also, it would have been nice to have my wife’s contact info collected so that she could have been notified in the case of a medium arriving during the daily deliveries rather than her having to constantly call the store. I also don’t understand how it’s unknown what the deliveries consist of. Who’s placing the orders?
Overall, I thank you Pro Image for making my wife happy. You have just earned another customer with her. Lord help me!

I don’t experience the «teens» that work here because I don’t come near the outlets on the weekends. Too many Canasains for me.
I stop in during the week if I have a day off. This place is well stocked and it’s not just all Seahawks stuff. I only come here for that because to me there is no other team in the NFL. Seriously though, Huge selection of jersey’s, shirts, sweatshirts and novelty stuff that you would not find at other stores. Prices are on point with the rest of the NFL stores, Price fixed of course on jerseys but I would rather give this place my business.
When ever I stop in, the guy that is working is super helpful and willing to give info or help me find what I am looking for.

Spent 5 –10 minutes browsing. The entire staff was complaining in a circle about customers coming in close to closing and asking for help, then they talked about cats and a bearded lizard and never offered to help anyone in the store. As we were leaving one young man did ask a new customer if he could help them. Will never go back there. This is the third time this has happened. Everett and Alderwood Malls got our business. Over $ 400 they have now lost out on. Plus what we were looking for today.

Best place around town to get sports jerseys and memorabilia. Their sales are good. They usually have post season merchandise 50% off.
The store is small but you are guarnteed to find a jersey for your favorite local or popular team at all times.
Customer service is great as well.
