Decent place to grab a quick bite of food while enjoying the Flight Museum. The A-1 blue burger with fries was pretty good. The other person with me had the Blackbird(roast beef sandwich on cibatta bread). Refill of soda is limited to one per purchase but that seems to be an on your honor system. Prices were not outrageous but also not the dollar menu. Outdoor seating is available. If your expectations about this place includes what a 5 star steak joint should be then you will be disappointed.

Overall, it was decent. It’s sort of cafeteria food style, but it wasn’t as bad as we were expecting based on the reviews. When we came here, it’s free museum day so I can assume there had been a lot of visitors today and the café is pretty clean! Husband had the cheeseburger which he said was not too flavorful, but come on, it’s not Red Robin here! He liked it, but there’s nothing exciting about it. I got the hot wings and it wasn’t short of what regular buffalo wings usually are. The café is what it is; functional, but of course there could be room for improvement. I also like the open seating and open condiments area. So overall, give the place a chance! We wouldn’t rule out eating here again if there’s another visit to the Museum.

Their food is crappy & overpriced like the average review here states. The real reason you don’t want to come here are their shitty rules(posted on the wall) which state you MUST buy their GMO-laden 1-star food before attempting to eat the lunch you packed for your babies(who have severe food allergies). Otherwise security will escort you, your mujer, 3-year old &1-year old from an otherwise empty restaurant. True Story. HAHAHA … ZEROSTARS! I’ll not be back!

It’s a museum café, and it’s good for what it is. Of course they have sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, etc. Also fresh spring rolls, spicy buffalo wings, good clam chowder, a couple of salads, and a nice selection of muffins and cookies. Oh, and they have beer. And an outdoor patio overlooking the planes. Great on a warm summer day.

eating at wing’s café is like going back to your old high school cafeteria, except nothing that was nice is still nice. if wings café is full and you can’t find a table, you may take the top slice of bread off of your sandwich and use its hard surface to balance your meal. all of the food at wing’s café has a cute aviation name, like«the red baron» or the«b-52 bomber». this adds an interesting new spin to crunching your burger if you ponder that the texture could have been inspired by wartime rations. i would have asked, but the staff didn’t look like they wanted to talk to anyone.

Not bad! It’s not common to see a lot of museums have a full fledged food program but I hear that Wings Café is run by McCormick and Shmicks. They also cater their events for large scale parties in the space which makes sense because you don’t get a crummy old hot dog or a pre-made sandwich here, you get some pretty thoughtful menu items like soups and salads and so on. Lots to choose from, actually. I had a cup of hot tea(one flavor of about 5 total) and also some chili. The cup of chili was really good but the water for the tea was so hot I had to wait at least 10 mins to drink it. Not being able to drink/eat in the exhibit halls, I ended up stuck in the restaurant area a while longer than expected because it took so long for the water to cool down. I couldn’t even hold the paper cup for a minute there. Ouch! But I suppose hot tea is better than lukewarm tea, after all. Some of the tables were a little dirty and needed some wiping down between visitors but other than that this is a totally fine place to grab a bite between visiting exhibits.

I ordered the chicken sandwich«special». What a bunch of crap. The chucked was room temp and rubbery like a Kong. I took it back to the counter and was given a bunch of attitude. They finally offered me another choice. I ordered the roast beef sandwich. Yuk! The bread was dry as if it were made two days ago. The lettuce was wilted and limp. The bread was cold as if it came right out of the fridge. Plan your day before coming here so you can eat elsewhere. They couldn’t care less. I do. I paid for a $ 9.00 pile of crap. Never again.

We ate lunch here, and well, the food was microwaved, the sandwich was extremely dry. The service was very very rude and so was their manager. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you are at the museum of flight, eat before or after you go to the museum. No way would I recommend this place to anyone. Cheers.

Had their special half sandwich and soup. Sandwich was dry, came with a lite spread but with roast beef, salami and pastrami on rye. The soup was chicken chowder and wasn’t bad at all. Soup was actually better then the sandwich. Combo came with potato chips that are local, chips were ok. Nice little place to get a snack or meal while you’re looking at exhibits.

At first, this seems like an appropriately themed cafeteria with aviation stuff on the walls and tables, and that’s about where the fun ends. Otherwise, welcome back to middle school, complete with dirty tables, sticky floors, and pre-packaged and reheated frozen delights. I paid six bucks for a do-it-yourself loaded baked potato with little tubs of sour cream, shredded cheese, and bacon. The bacon and cheese were a bit icy(just pulled out of the fridge) and the potato itself was lukewarm. The net result after combining all the ingredients was a cold potato. The buffalo wings were barely warm, the pulled pork sandwich was unevenly heated(microwaved), the coleslaw was very bland(get better slaw at KFC), and the pita was soggy and gross on the bottom with a big hunk of plastic wrap stuck to it. I saw a «chef» wheel in a large pallet of sealed plastic bowls of salad that you would find in the grocery store. You’re basically paying fresh-food prices for vending machine/frozen food. The employees working here feel dead inside, especially in contrast to the friendliness and positive attitudes the employees at the rest of the museum have. I wonder if it’s a rotation thing and the café is the crap job everyone hates to do when it’s their turn. Food: 2 Service: 2 Value: 1 Ambiance: 2 Penalty: –1 — foreign object in food TL;DR: Eat somewhere else, support the museum by buying something at the gift shop instead

Ordered the clam chowder for $ 5. It had good flavor and choc full of potatoes, vegetables and clams. No complaints.

Given this is the only dining option without having to leave the place, my fiancé and I decided to try it. We both ordered the B-52 Bomber chili dogs. The bun is instantly soggy from the weight of what tasted like cheap canned chili, making it impossible to pick it up and eat traditionally like how a hot dog would be eaten. We had to knife and fork our chili dogs. The dog itself tastes like a cheap hot dog and is nothing special. Probably best to bring your own snacks or fine elsewhere. There’s a Buffalo Wild Wings 4 miles away!

I have eaten here many times since it is a short walk from my office. Each time I’m pretty dis-appointed. The view of Boeing Field and location in the Museum of Flight are it’s only redeeming qualities. The food is catered by McCormick & Schmick’s. Since some of the food is not prepared on site, this may partially explain the poor quality. McCormick & Schmick’s restaurants are rated around 3.5 from what I have found, so not the best to begin with. A couple examples. The french dip had meat that was dry and not much of it. The plate was covered in spilled Au Jus so the bun was soggy. The Au Jus was watered down and lacked flavor. Another time the Au Jus wasn’t spilled, but the cole slaw was so watery what the slaw juice covered the plate making the bun soggy. Today I had chicken Yokisoba. It cost $ 8.45 and was a small portion with just a few dried pieces of chicken and mushy noodles. It had lots of shaved pickled ginger on top. I don’t think McCormick, or Schmick would be very happy with this food.

This place has incredibly rude service. Hey girl with black hair in a ponytail, you were uninterested in serving your customers, not just me. Maybe you should brush up on your social skills or leave the service industry.

Not sure why my coworkers told me it’s good here. It really doesn’t make any sense at all! I came here for lunch and ordered a turkey sandwich. It was so bad and it’s actually worse than the sandwich I can make, dry, soggy, unflavorful. I felt the best in this meal was actually that small bag of chips! Not to mention, it’s very pricy! As far as service goes, it’s self-service. You order your meal and find a table you want to sit. I appreciated the staff keeping the dining area clean. Sorry! I would not come back!

Kids ate two cheese burgers and fruit cups. I had the«Philly cheesesteak» daily special with jojos. The fruit salad was easily the only decent quality grub on that visit.
