Had my watch for nearly a full week — all they were asked to do was give me an estimate on replacing the crystal. When I went to get my watch back and tell tell them to just forget it — I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to bring my watch back to the store. When I again returned to get my watch, they still hadn’t completed the estimate (they were writing an estimate for a LOT of things I never asked for).
I am happy to say I have my watch back — it is still in need of a crystal, but at least they don’t have it any more.

I bought 2 rings here. The first ring was small diamonds and I came back after few months and said there’s something wrong. I can see that one diamond is not leveled to the others. The lady who checked it for me – I forgot her name— she’s nice at first to get of course my service– she’s the one with incomplete fingers—
She even said yes it’s off but there’s nothing I can do. That’s all. I stopped wearing that ring because I don’t like the look anymore.
Second I bought my wedding ring here and similar happened. I came back after a month I purchased it and she said there’s nothing she can do. Only cleaning every 2 months. What the heck!!! My wedding is January 2016 and she’s the manager and she can’t fix it?! It’s my wedding ring.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. SHES VERY NICE AND ACCOMODATING SO YOU WILL BUY JEWELRY AND THEY HAVE 3 MOS NO INTEREST. I agreed too cuz ok… 12 months to pay for a 3k ring and when I called progressive they said it’s almost 6k because of interest. WATCH OUT PEOPLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! DONT BELIEVE THE LADY MANAGER.

Brought my watch in that had a broken tachymeter sweep hand since the day I got it. They restored it to it’s original working condition and polished it up for me. The hand was put on in a reversed position (simple mistake unless you know the watch, which is very unique) and they said they’d fix it, but then I remembered I could reposition it mechanically with adjustment buttons. Good as new now. I’m so happy! Thank you!

Very nice. Did a great job fixing a watch band that 3 other jewelers said could not be fixed. I will recommend them to my friends and will have jewelry repaired there and purchase there.
