Family and I decided to go here and give the Olive Garden I’ll try because we haven’t been to one for a while. We walked in there is about A5 to 10 minute wait time which was acceptable for a Thursday night. However, they got us in quicker than that. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu. When we ordered our food and came out at Interpol a appropriate time. We had no complaints of this establishment. The atmosphere was nice and Casual, staff is extremely friendly and the food was great. I definitely would recommend this place in the future, and possibly will be returning

We went here for my niece’s birthday and had Alex as a server. Alex was an amazing server who tended to our different needs. He got our order right even though there were some special requests. He was attentive and checked in on us on a regular basis but gave us our space to enjoy our meal. He was able to surprise my niece with a chocolate mousse cake as well! When we asked for extra chocolate mints for our nieces, he was happy to give us an extra couple of pieces. O have had servers in the past who grumbled when we asked for more. We will definitely be requesting Alex each time we come back to Olive Garden! Thank you for making my niece’s birthday a great one!

Went here last night after driving from Seattle. We arrived 30 minutes before close, and new we were going to have to eat quickly. I hate staying after a restaurant closes, I have been a server and know how frustrating that can be. Because of this we sat in the bar thinking we could get in and out much faster. The bartender who greeted us took quite a while as she was busy with closing tasks. She was friendly enough when she came to take our order and returned with soup and bread very quickly. The bartender who ended up taking care of us the rest of the night was fantastic. Very snarky but in a friendly/jovial sort of way. She was obviously having fun with her guests. Towards the middle of our stay my husband ordered a drink using the table computer system. We heard the ticket printing in the bar immediately. But, the second bartender who we thought was making the drinks ignored the ticket and kept doing her sidework, our bartender was busy with her other tables. After ten minutes the drink had still not been made. I am not sure why if there is a bartender behind the bar our drink was never made. We told our server about it and she said she could make it right away, at that point though we were pretty much finished with our food. Kind of disappointing. All in all it was an ok experience, the food was hot and delicious, but the weird focus on cleaning when the bar was full was disappointing.

Soup salad and refillable drinks were the only part of the good meal. Party of 8 of us and one person ordered the special of buy one take one home. And when we left the waiter didn’t give it to us by the time we realized it we were home already. The food is mediocre and the portions on some are small. We hadn’t been there since 2012 and I can see why we never went back. The only reason we did return was because family visiting from HI there is no Olive Garden.

This particular Olive Garden is A-Ok. Most are a four star in my mind, but that’s because I love chain restaurants.(Please put down the pitchforks. I promise I also like real food.) My main issue with this Olive Garden is that the staff just aren’t on top of it in the kitchen the way staff have been at other Olive Garden’s I’ve eaten at. Typically, the front of the house staff is pretty good – especially their hostesses, who are flawless. Those hostesses are pretty incredible on a Saturday night when the place is packed out so far you can’t even walk in the door and they still manage to be polite and efficient. I’ve had a couple of «meh» bordering on poor experiences with servers, but what really took this from 4 to 3 is that the food is consistently lukewarm or greasier than the same dish would be at any other Olive Garden. I’ve stopped ordering anything that doesn’t taste good lukewarm. So, bad morale in the kitchen and nobody running food is the likely culprit. Will I eat here? Yes. It’s the only Olive Garden close to my house and it reminds me of happy times eating Olive Garden after church with my grandparents back in Tennessee. Will I enjoy it as much as I would if things were up to company standards? Nope.

I will never be back after looking at the pictures and seeing that someone found a q-tip inside their breadstick. Gross! What is a freaking q-tip doing in the kitchen to begin with! So disgusting

Good location and ambience. But pretty long wait times for this location and they don’t take reservations. Tried Penne with garlic alfredo, five Italian cheese fondue and french doughnuts with chocolate dipping for dessert. Large portions for each, even dessert(8 doughnuts!). Dessert was kinda new for us but it was good, not great. Fondue was the best.

3÷26÷16 Terrible. Just terrible. Sat down with my family, 15 minutes later, no one came to ask us if we even needed water. Rang my call server button, nothing. After 25 minutes, we walked out. Son was excited to eat there. Sadly he didn’t get the chance. I spoke to the manager on the way out. To his credit, he was more than accommodating. We were just done with the whole OG experience already. If I could give them a 0 I would, but the manager at least deserves some credit.

Where to even start with this horrible experience! I worked at Olive Garden for 7 years(host– manager), I had so much respect for Darden and now every time I here it gets worse and worse! The servers have no desire to give 100% guest delight! We sat in the bar hoping for better service and that was a complete let down. We ordered Stuffed Mushrooms with our drinks and our entrees came out well before the mushrooms. Server hardly apologized and acted like it was no biggie they her timing was completely off. The couple sitting next to us was getting up and two of the bartenders told them not to leave, because they were friendly and they did not want jerks sitting down after them! They left and a new couple say down, something happened to them at the hostess stand and the manager did an awful job of recovering the situation. We wanted dessert and did not get to order it cause the bartenders never came back except to ask if we were ready to cash out! Fine, we will not spend money if that is how you feel! And Darden wonders why their stock is losing value?! With superstars like them this business is a sinking ship! Glad I left when I did.

I love Olive Garden just because of the freaking amazing breadsticks, not gonna lie. Had a unfortunate experience on MLK day. I mean, first off, it’s a holiday — PLANTOBEBUSYIFYOUAREINTHERESTAURANTINDUSTRY. We arrived right around opening and were told a 5 minute wait because there was only one server on, no big deal I understand how that is. 15 minutes later we were sat wayyy in the back next to a huge table of tiny children that were super loud. I wonder who our server was… cause we sure didn’t know. A manager stopped by to take our order. Elizabeth. Not a fan. We asked if we could share the soup and salad — all my mom wanted was salad, and all I wanted was soup. She rudely said ok but no refills — fair enough since we are sharing. If she had been a tad bit nicer, we would’ve just ordered 2 of the endless Soup, Salad and Breadstick meals, but instead just said whatever and shared. My soup wasn’t even full, and upon asking for at least a full bowl of soup since I couldn’t have a refill, the response was«that’s where is supposed to be filled to.» See my photo for reference — that is not a full bowl. Basically was all broth anyways. Yum… so filling… not. We also only got 2 breadsticks. The single guy sitting behind us got 4 in his basket with his soup and salad meal. Interesting. Finally an actual server stopped by and asked if we wanted refills… Um… your manager said I can’t have a refill this is what I get, so no because I don’t want to be charged. Another guy came and stopped by, he looked like a chef and asked what was wrong, but it was whatever at that point. Good thing I know how to use the Ziosk machines, because it would’ve taken forever to pay if we waited for our server to come by with a check. Won’t be coming back anytime soon. I’ll drive to another location before I come back here.

Came in here and had dinner. The location is ideal and the only one available for Seattle so I feel like they’re always packed but with the amount of servers that they have, it is just appropriate. Now the food is mediocre, whenever you ask for any white sauce, it’s is very heavy but doesn’t stop anyone from eating it. Now when I asked for alcoholic drinks, I was given one without the alcohol in it. It was very upsetting so I got a different one instead. I would consider coming back if the service itself got better since the process of making the drinks is actually bad…

For a cheaper bite at Italian food, Olive Garden will do. I might be biased because I am not too big as a fan on Italian food. I’ll come here if it’s a friend’s idea and I have no preference, but that’s about it. The interior is cute though, I almost forgot that I’m in Asian territory Tukwila and want to go on a romantic boat ride on a river in Rome with a bottle of champagne, except the bottle of champagne would be replaced by a Red Bull since I don’t drink alcohol. I’ve always received good customer service here. There’s a lunch special options if you come in during lunch time and just want a lighter portion than what the dinner menu would offer. I must admit, there are deals at Olive Garden, for $ 10, you could get unlimited pasta bowls. My friend ate 2 bowls there and ordered a 3rd one to get a bite and then to-go box it for breakfast the next day. Hahaha, I guess that’s one way to save money. If you dine in, you get garlic breadsticks to start your appetite, it’s decent breadsticks, I like Pizza Hut’s breadsticks more. Tell me about your experience if you’ve been here or is going to after reading this review:)

Say what you want, but I love Olive Garden. I don’t think it’s «five star» fancy, but definitely five star in service and food! Service: We came during lunch on a weekday, so we were seated instantly. Our waitress was injured, not sure what was going on, but she was limping and it was clear she was in pain. Despite that, she still tried to be quick for us and give us the best possible service she could. After ordering, we realized we didn’t have any silverware so I got up to go ask her if she could just hand some to me so she wouldn’t have to walk all the way back to our table, but she insisted that I go sit down and she’d be right there(even though the silverware was LITERALLY right next to us, and she could’ve just handed it to me). Food: YUM. My stepdad and I both ordered the endless soup, salad, and breadstick meal, which was only $ 8.99 each. I got the Chicken & Gnocchi — it was bomb! It had a comforting chicken noodle feel to it, but the carrots and kale?(whatever else was in it) gave it a really light and refreshing taste. The breadsticks are always great, and we ordered a side of alfredo sauce to dip them in(mmmm). The salad, as usual, was great. I loooove their dressing. Outside of our main meal, we ordered a split side order of the seasonal Lobster Ravioli. Raviolis stuffed with lobster and lots of shrimp skirted throughout the meal as well… Mmm. I don’t know if I could eat an entire serving of it, though. It was very rich and packed with flavor, so I can just see it being a little«much,» at some point. The small size that we got was perfect. It’s been a while since I’ve been here I guess, because I was surprised at the tablets that were supplied at every table. You’re able to purchase games to play right there at your table, and I think it’s like $ 1.99 for unlimited game play. You’re also able to look at menu items and order from your table if you forgot something when your waiter took your order! The thing that I thought was super cool is that you’re able to cash out and get your receipt printed right there — no waiting on the check. Every time I’ve come to this location, the only bad thing that I’ve experienced is wait time on a weekend. Other than that, I love Olive Garden! Definitely will be back.

Slop! That is the only way I can describe the food I was served for my entrée. I saw the commercial for the lobster ravioli and couldn’t wait to taste what I hoped would be a delicious blend of seafood and pasta. What I got is a salty blob of food in a pile of oil. I am so tired of being disappointed by the olive garden. To pay so much for sub-par for food is such a slap in the face. The company keeps trying to figure out how to keep customers happy when the answer is plain as day. Our server was very attentive but when I told him the food was really salty he replied, «Yeah I’ve heard that» and kept going about his day. Why even ask me !!! I am done with the Olive Garden.

This was our first time. I had an opportunity to come in and eat. It was a very pleasant surprise. Well presented foods of good value served by attentive professionals. It was quite busy, but we were seated with in 10 minutes. Our waiter(John) was friendly and very Attentive. Came back to check on us several times. All of the staff that we came in contact with seemed happy and made us feel welcome. The food arrived pretty quickly and all of it was fresh and hot. *Soups and bread they serve before your main dish which were really good. I could just sit there and eat and eat the garlic breadsticks they are so good. I stopped after one so I would have room for the main course. *The Dolcini(Amaretto Tiramisu) desserts were mouth-wateringly tasty. There was so much on this menu I wanted to try, it was hard making a decision. *NEW! Chicken Parmigiana Breadstick Sandwich(with fries) *The Calamari was the non spicy version, but it was perfect — great taste and consistency, firm but not too fishy. *Sangarita: Just found my new drink. A variety of fruit has come in my glass. The restaurant can get a little loud, but you are close enough to still be able to hear each other. On the way out, every employee greeted us and thanked us for our visit. For a lower to medium priced meal this is an excellent choice. All in all great visit to Olive Garden.

I don’t eat out a lot, and this is exactly the reason why. During the fall, Olive Garden does this great $ 9.99 special where you can get all-you-can-eat eat pasta. We were watching an online countdown, looking forward to this treat. The stars aligned and we had a family birthday on the day the counter stuck 0, nice. Then the story takes a sharp turn. Showing up at 4pm to beat the Saturday rush, we had to wait over an hour to get a party of 8 seated. Looking at the menu, the unlimited pasta was nowhere to be found! We asked about it and the manager showed up to tell us it didn’t start until the next day, even though the countdown said 0 days… she then proceeded to tell us that she couldn’t do anything, claiming she couldn’t ring in an item not on the menu. No discount. No alternatives. Nothing. Just arguments with our table. I don’t care about the mistake, but own up to it! Bad lines, terrible management, no appology. In my opinion that manager should be fired. Mad props to the server for taking the situation with grace. Sadly, it doesn’t make up for the overall experience.

The plus, we were seated fairly quickly. It was busy so it took awhile for our server to get to us. He was busy running all over the place but he came to check up on us when he could. Food took awhile to get to us and when it did it wasn’t seasoned as much as I’d like it. Had to add salt and pepper in as well. Overall the experience wasn’t as great as past experiences. Oh also forgot to add that they have a new kiosk checkout tablet thing for each tables so you can order drinks/deserts/appetizers and also check out.

Food is average, which is to be expected. It was unremembered. I can tell you I had a pasta dish, but I don’t know which one because it didn’t leave any sort of impression on me(though I did have to put in extra exercise time — soooo many calories!). The service was really terrible. While the waiter was friendly, service was incredibly slow. One of my coworkers ordered moscato, which she never received. Even after getting the waiter’s attention to remind him about it he brought her the wrong item. Luckily he was very kind about his mistake and took it off of the bill. If you want an American-Italian fix there are many to choose from, I’d go elsewhere.

First, let me admit to you that I’m not an expert in Italian food, so you won’t have to agree or disagree with everything I have to say here because this is my personal review. The atmosphere is good with family oriented setting, and the foods are served with generous portions. I’ve come here like three or four times already, so nothing is new. Make sure you have a reservation on the weekends because they tend to be packed! P. S.: Yes, nothing is wrong with unlimited salad and garlic bread sticks.
