I would give 4 stars for the selection and Customer service at the actual store, but only 2 stars because the delivery/delivery policy is so frustrating. First off, they require items to be delivered to your house and they charge you for it– there is no option to pick up your furniture at your own convenience. Next, they schedule a 2 hour window for your delivery, and are supposed to call 30 min prior to delivering. Our time slot is nearly over and not a single call yet. Also, if for any reason you have to reschedule your delivery the day of, they won’t allow you to do so and make you wait 24 – 48 hours. Just a tough system to work with all around. Please change your policy Macy’s, it would mean a lot to your customers.

Macys discount furniture store! I love this place! The furniture are either discountinued/floor models or gently used/returned but beautiful! High quality furniture at discounted prices. I have been purchasing furniture from here for decades. I shopped here when it was The Bön Marche! The only place I shop for furniture!

I went there for furniture and came away impressed by their rug department. Anna Hong was so friendly, knowledge, and helpful. I walked away having learned more about rugs in 15 minutes than I did in other stores or online. And they have some of the most gorgeous rugs I’ve seen so far. It’s now on my go-to list for rug shopping.

Very rude and poor customer service from TJ. I had an issue with a customers dresser they purchased here and I was told by someone that we could swap it out for a new one. WELL, that was WRONG information… TJ was not only UNHELPFUL, but he was down right rude. I think he needs to attend some customer service classes, it would do him good.

Have to hand it to this place for great quality furniture at low prices. Really good alternative to craigslist(which frankly scares me when buying furniture), and pre fab stores like IKEA. Our salesperson, Steve, was nicest guy ever. He was accomodating and never salesmanlike. Best yet, he accepted one of our chaises as a return when we couldn’t fit all three pieces we purchased(and loved) into our living room. If you’re looking for furniture in Seattle, you should definitely come talk to Steve at this great store.

There has to be a gazillion furniture places in Tukwila. My mom hipped me to this place when I was a little girl. Over a decade later, I scored a huge find! Found a beautiful white velvet couch that was only $ 350 dollars… No type.$ 350 dollars!!! I was so pumped. No pressure and no vultures pushing and pressuring you to make a sale. Will be back soon :)

I got a gorgeous Natuzzi leather sectional couch here that I saw at the furniture gallery across the way for $ 500 less with tags still on it. Buying furniture here probably requires a little bit of flexibility — I came to visit on 3 separate weekends until I found the couch I wanted. The staff are very pleasant, and they allow you to do your own thing until you need help. I worked with Joyce, and she was extremely helpful. My couch was bought on a Saturday and delivered 9 days later, on time. The delivery men forgot one piece of the sectional, but they were back in an hour, still within the 2 hour time frame they had given me. All in all, excellent service & a spectacular deal.

I’ve been here a number of times for a mattress/boxspring set. If you get a King sized set and use your Macy’s card, you’ll get 25% off. That’s a great deal. If you get a Queen sized set and use your Macy’s card, you still get a 10% discount. When you come to pick-up, the wrap everything for you and will even help tie things down to your car/truck which a lot of places usually dont do. They can also deliver for $ 75. Lack of customer service here but at a place like this, I find that to be a good thing. If you have questions or have found what you want, just go up and find someone.

Awesome deals here. Before you go anywhere else to purchase any furniture, do you yourself a favor and check this place out first. Odds are you will pleasantly surprised with options and pricing.

Decent selection, not as nice as the Macy’s(non-clearance) center across the way. The inventory is constantly changing so there’s some pressure to make fast decisions. Some of the sales people are a little hard on the sell as well. You can find anything here from $ 7000+ to items that are less than $ 100. Great range of products.

This place is awesome! Some of the items here a too dinged up or are missing too many pieces to make them an intelligent purchase. On the other hand, there are some steals as well! The inventory is constantly turning over so come back often to check out the new arrivals. They have a little bit of everything here; from $ 9000 Ralph Lauren hutches to $ 70 love seats. No matter what your price range, there are deals to be had! Come and get it!

Divorce is often a messy business. Hurt feelings, resentment, fear about financial insecurity and loneliness, anger, and battles over belongings are just a few of the goodies that most couples get to deal with. Unless you’re my soon to be ex and I. By some wonder that I can not explain, this has been a very smooth ride. Sure there are hurt feelings, sure there is fear about the future and sadness — but we seem to be rolling through it without too much resentment or anger. Which is fantastic; not only do we not have the burden of all that bullshit making the process harder for US, but we are able to spare the kids involved a lot of the damage that usually comes with divorce. In the battle for possessions arena, things have gone swimmingly. You see, I went about the business of doubling up on a lot of things as I was preparing to break the news: Hub: Why did you buy a new lap top? Me: Uhhh… it was really time to do the Mac thing. Vista is making me want to kill someone. You can have the Dell! It can be your very own one now! Hub: Wow! You got an HDLCD for the bedroom! Awesome! Me: Uh, yeah. It’s really awesome and stuff… the picture is really good, I think it may having spiritual healing powers too! You know, just in case your, I mean OUR souls need repair someday… So I’m still a little co-dependent. Sue me. When it came to furniture I really wasn’t able to double-up on the sly, however I was able to just hand over a few things. Because I HATEDTHEM. Like the enormous leather sectional I thought was such a good idea when we bought our place, but has since been destroyed by the hub’s cat(yeah, I let him keep a stray that I wanted to get rid of thinking that the fluffy love might come in handy for him soon). It was too big for the place and while I loved it in the store, it was RETARDED in my living room. I really have no money for a new couch and would have been rockin’ Moroccan style for a while if it weren’t for Macy’s Clearance. I shot down there the day the SECTIONALFROMHELL was moved to the hub’s new place and scored a lovely neutral, microfiber couch for less than $ 600 with tax. Well made, has no place in a dorm room, and things like milk, yogurt, and watercolors just wipe right off. And fuck it, I just put it on the Alaska Airlines Visa — it’s like I got a free plane ticket with my couch. \m/ As further testament to our ability to be friends, the soon to be ex actually drove down and helped me get it back to the house. He’s a really good guy — let me know if you want me to hook you up. ;)
