I’ve been to a lot of Lululemon stores both in Washington and California. This one by far is the best!!!
I find Lululemon associates to be rather snobby. But at this location, they are all so super nice and helpful. One of them was going on break but waited for me to try on two shirts to see which size looked better.
Another associate explained to me the benefits of the Silverescent fabric technology and showed me everything with this technology. I ended up buying two shirts and love them!!! They are comfortable. And I didn’t smell after taking a 12 mile (sweaty) bike ride. That’s a first!
Lululemon, make sweatshirts with Silverescent!!! And biking/​running pants too. Also, have this location train your associates across the world. They totally rock!!!

Amazing staff ! I have been to many Lululemon stores and by far this store has the best friendly service. Emely was very friendly and not rushed at all. Well actually all the girls were amazing. Thanks ladies keep up the great customer service! Oh and this store had a big variety of items too :)

Emma has such amazing customer service. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of yoga pants, and she has an amazing amount of patience. She also helped me take advantage of the complementary hemming service they offer. If you happen to stop by definitely seek Emma for help.

Best Lululemon store in the Seattle area — larger selection than Bellevue and Seattle and the friendliest and most helpful staff!

Pretty nice lululemon. Went in there to buy a pair of yoga pants as a gift for someone (can’t wear them because I’m a guy). The sales associate there was very nice and helpful. Was willing to help and find the right size. Very positive atmosphere. Prices here are reasonable, $ 100 for a pair of yoga pants isn’t too bad. 5 stars

The management and team here are patient, friendly and super cute! The computer system was down but that did not deter them from providing excellent customer service. I only write reviews when I have exceptional experiences and today was one of those occasions. I look forward to shopping here again. :)

Becka was so friendly and helpful, I tried on just about everything in the store and she continued to bring me different styles and sizes I needed. I’m from the Bay Area so she called several stores where I live to see if they had the clothing items in my size… AND she was able to get the price readjusted to match the sale price that was in their store. Thanks girl, you were a big help!

I’m writing this review for sales rep, EMILY… and for the general store visit of course, but mostly Emily lol.
I am originally from California, but I have been to this store during my business trip, and had always been given a pleasant experience.
I was particularly looking for a black dress in a size 4, and I called about five stores around my area, all of the sales reps were not helpful AT ALL. After they told me they didn’t have the size, I asked them if they could check for another location that might have it, and they told me all they could do was give me other store numbers and that I had to call myself and ask… Ummmm that’s fine and all but none of the sales rep sounded like they really wanted to help me to begin with, and plus, with today’s technology I highly doubt checking the system is impossible.
I figured that since my local stores can’t help me, I’ll call the store that gave me the best shopping experience, Southcenter Lulu.
EMILY (I’m hoping I spelled her name right lol), really went out of her way to help me find this dress. I asked her if there’s any way I can locate this dress and have her check the system for me to locate it, and she went out of her way to call the Bellevue store, and call me back to update me on her search. Finally she found a store for me that had the size and gave me their phone number to contact.
Outstanding and amazing service from her. She’s a great sales rep and deserves recognition! That’s why I’m writing this review in the first place lol

Recently opened and across from Nordstrom makes it easy for me to find.
This place definitely is a lot smaller than the others I’ve visited. They have a smaller selection (but of course, smaller space). I saw two gals working and they were both very friendly and helpful.
For what it’s worth, I’m glad there’s a lulu within Westfield mall, I was able to get what I wanted (and some). Although I wish it was bigger. Actually maybe it’s better this way, therefore I wouldn’t spend too much!
I’ll be back.
