I visited your store about 3 weeks ago with $ 800 to spend on a jacket. I found one I loved(a sort of greenish/black) that retailed for about $ 500. For that price, I decided to look at the boot selection, as well. My low star rating comes from the fact that your sales girl(I never got her name but she was wearing a Seahawks themed punk girl tutu as it was almost Halloween) and her very obvious attempt to prevent theft. At first it was comical but then it became rude and obnoxious as she followed me every step and stood there watching my every move. No, she was not there to assist me as I indicated several times that I was just browsing and walked away. But then when I dared attempt to look at another item, there she was, standing there, watching my every move! I simply cannot and refuse to shop that way as I will not give money to a store that thinks of me as a thief. I came in with my husband who, ironically got great treatment as he talked to the gentleman about his desire to trade in the last bike he purchased from your shop for an upgraded model. However, feeling as offended as I did, I kindly interrupted and asked my husband to leave with me. So, sure its only $ 800 and whatever a new motorcycle cost — it won’t hurt you overall but if the sales girl in question is not trained to respect customers, my guess is that your losses won’t stop there. On a side note, I am an older woman, I had no bags or purse on me that could have been stuffed with motorcycles and outerwear and I was wearing a fitted top and tights(again, nothing that would allow for the theft of a thumbtack much less a motorcycle jacket!). I welcome a reply but I will also make sure that when riding season returns and my husband is ready to make that upgrade, I will sway him to go elsewhere.
