Ned Klein is a phenomenal piano technician; he’s a consummate professional and displays a very high level of integrity, ethics, and honesty.
I’ve watched him analyze and repair all sorts of pianos and have observed his encyclopedic knowledge of their historical whereabouts and individual strengths on a brand by year basis. Similar to a master sommelier, Ned truly seems to know just about everything one could in his profession, and is well worth your call.
