Liongate Pest Control

Wow, what excellent service. Chris arrived on time, did a complete check and said «you have no termites». I felt he was totally honest. He even pointed out a small eave board with dry rot. There was no charge.

I had a horrible ant problem until I started pest control every other month, I have not had ants in my house going on 4 years, the service is great, when ever I have a problem Liongate is so kind to help me, we also had a termite issue and Chris came out and did a termite inspection, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable, and yes I did have some dry wood termites. I would truly recommend this company because they are very good and honest people and they are good at what they do.

Fantastic! My wonderful regular pest control folks, Monson Exterminators, recommended Liongate because the Monson’s don’t do termite work. Chris was wonderful. I have a large house filled with tenants, and I was dreading the hassle of performing a full house tenting and any other related work that would cure my termite problems. Chris made the whole process painless– I never even had to visit the property. He took charge of educating the tenants and addressing their concerns. He provided all the bags and other supplies they needed. He and his crew performed the work on time, as promised, and everything went off without a hitch. To top it off, the cost was below what I expected the job would be. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Thanks so much!
