Whataburger

My family was stuck going here on Thanksgiving… don’t ask lol. I gave them 2 stars for being open. The food wasn’t very tasty and all of us who ate it had stomach pains for 2 days. I won’t eat here again! Good luck to those who do :)

So first off I got the wrong order and then I go back and get the right order 1 minute later and get home 5 minutes after that and my foods completely cold. Fries were soft and chewy as if they weren’t fried when frozen or just left out to shame. All girl staff failed me yet again

Food was cold and sandwich overdressed with sauce. Service extremely slow. Took 15 mins to get a cold chicken sandwich.

Whataburger always satisfies and is a great value for what you pay.
I was with a friend the other day who had never never had a Whataburger burger and the first reaction she had to it was «WOW!» I said, I think they expected you to say, «Wow, what a burger!»

Food was fresh & the staff was friendly… only bad thing is a long hair was on the outside of my son’s burger but it wasn’t inside. Still disgusting though!!! Overall ok

I love Whataburger. Being that I’m from Texas, I am all too familiar with this place, however this one is the nicest one on Tucson. The one on River gives it a run, but the employees here are so nice and helpful. I know it’s fast food, but the food is pretty darn good for its price and quickness. Check it out!

Seriously. The BEST Whataburger in the Tucson. Fast and friendly, order was dead on and the meat was salted. What?!? Why can’t I transplant this to replace the one near my house? Karina was amazing.

Whataburger is another favorite for my kids. One loves burgers, the other loves chicken tenders and both pass the test here. The cookies in the kids meals are a big hit too.

The burgers were great and the service was even better! Very friendly and customer service oriented.

Green Chile Double Burger with Bacon! That’s the only thing I order here, so I really can’t comment on anything else other than service, which I can’t complain about. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Drive thru was kind of slow this last time, but was expected during dinner time. Only been in the dining area once, but it was nicely kept.
The green chile double burger is always very tasty and flavorful! If you’re worried about spicy, it’s not. The burger is definitely bigger than a double quarter pounder at McDonald’s. It’s one I cannot eat in one sitting. I usually have to save half for later. =)
I admit, it’s a bit pricey for a burger, a little over $ 6 for the double, but it does hit the spot! I don’t come too often, but this place is all right for a fast food place.

I normally don’t like criticizing corporations as we are all pretty familiar with them and know what to expect, so I’ll keep it simple. Service was great as we were the only ones there and the restaurant was pretty well kept. The only reason I go is to have the Green Chili Double Burger (Add Bacon), the burger is pretty big.

Being from Texas, this is one of my favorite fast food joints ever. So when I found out a few years a go they were in Tucson I was elated after moving to SV. The service at this Whataburger is awesome. It is almost like having waiter service. You order and they come by with your food and ask if you need refill or ketchup etc.
You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu, the fries are always hot and burgers always the best! (yes better than in-​n-​out.)

Fast food is usually so predictable it doesn’t call for review, but this place is interesting. Every time I’ve been at night, the employees were really having a blast, so there was some free entertainment. They also keep coming around offering to bring refills, clean up the table, and the like – seems oddly attentive for fast food – I’ve had worse service in restaurants where I actually expected service. (During the day it was pretty normal and boring though.)

i LOVE whataburger, and i have to write about this location as i have been there quite a few times in the past few years. first up is the cleanliness of the place, every time i have been there, it’s been clean. the employees also are professional in appearance also. in one visit, i over heard the manager giving props to an employee that apparently helped out the night before for something or other and told him that his dinner that night was on the house. small thank you’s like that impress me.
on to the food. there have been only a couple of times that i have eaten there. those two times, our orders were correct, very hot and damn good. when they bring the food to your table, they repeat the order and also have a tray with condiments to offer and then ask if there is anything else that is needed and will bring it back if so.
on the to go side, same as above pretty much, which is to say, correct, hot and whoa… damn good! the only issue i had was once when i was given a large chocolate shake instead of the medium that i actually ordered, but i was not going to complain!
while whataburger may be considered fast food, in the sense of a less than 5 minute wait thru the drive through, i can’t ever remember it being that quick, but whataburger is worth it, especially this location.
kudos to the management there and the employees that continue to keep me coming!
