The university villa apartments are very nice and really cheap so it helps a lot if you are on a budget like most college students are. It’s really convenient that they have a gym and a study room at the apartment. One of my favorite things about he apartment is that they provide you with a shuttle that takes you to the university and picks you up. Also I liked how maintenance came very fast to fix a problem I had with the dryer. They had it fixed the next day after calling about it

Worst apartment i have ever been in. Everything inside is cheap and breaks or chips easily. 2 of the outlets in my room did not work. The cable also did not work in my room and the management did nothing to help solve the problem and did not do anything for the inconvenience. They roomed me with 2 people that have nothing in common with me even though I filled out a survey. My sink in my bathroom shoots out water from the handles when i turn it on. My room also has a lot of bugs. There are ants, cockroaches, spiders, and centepedes. I have asked them to fix the problem or call an exterminator and they ignore my request. It is absolutely disgusting. The gates around the complex are always broken so there is no safety half the time. The power in the entire complex has gone out 3 times since i have been here, each time i had to get up and get ready for work and i couldnt leave the complex because the gates run on electricity. So everyone was locked inside. My card to get into the gate also stopped working when the office was closed so i had to park my car outside the complex. The ONLY good thing about this apartment is that its quiet most of the time. I have lived here for 2 months but i will be moving out in 1 month because I cannot stand it anymore. The management does not try to help in any way. I would not recommend living here. Spend a little extra money at a nicer apartment so you dont have to deal with these problems.

I did not enjoy my stay at University Villa. They say it is where quality meets affordability, but really there wasn’t much quality, and probably the only reason why I signed there was because of the grand façade, and cheap price. The reason why I did not like it was because the rooms were dirty and dark, many times were there cockroaches outside on my porch, I even saw some in my kitchen and in the cabinets. And when you tell the Uni-villa office they do nothing about it. The reason being, is because they are very cheap. They will do anything to get money out of you. Many times was I awoken at 1am — 4am by loud music and voices. Why I didn’t think there would be parties in a college apartment I don’t know. And what was most disappointing was how I didn’t meet very many people because most of the residents were from the middle east who didn’t speak English, and all huddled together staring at you. At times it makes you uncomfortable. Just hope if you get an apartment with a roommate that you will like him/her, because they say they match people who are similar to you, but they really don’t. My roommate were was 20 years older than me, and didn’t even speak english. Please take this advice, spend a little more and get a nicer apartment for yourself, you’ll be glad you did.

Do not live here. After living here for a couple years I found that while it may seem like a cheap place to live, they will do anything to charge you money at the end. After moving out and leaving the place spotless, with a note from the manager saying that a few of the carpets needed replacing so we don’t need to bother cleaning them, my roommates and I get a bill for cleaning the carpets that were to be replaced! After calling the apartment complex they had nothing«on file» for replacing the carpets even though they were filthy when we moved in and needed it. On top of that my roommates and I were not charged equally for the housekeeping charges. I was charged the majority of it while the others were charged only a small portion. Again University Villa said«oh no they were all charged the same amount»… BS. If you ever live here, the nicest people are the front desk people. However Mr. Trevino and Kendra are a nightmare. Kendra likes to tell you how it is and won’t listen to your problems and Mr. Trevino(manager) won’t call you back when you try and get in touch with him. NEVERLIVEHERE! I am doing my best to let people know that NOWHEREINTHECONTRACTDOESITSAYTHEYCANMAKEUSPAYFORCLEANING.
