Tip Top Nails by Tony

Last time I came, I got the guy that sits in the front, nails were eh; but he was nice and tried his best so I thought I’d try coming again. This time I got the girl that sits in the front, she might be the manager or owner because she answered the phones and greeted everyone but horrible! I’m pissed I even tipped her but I’m a hairstylist and karma sucks! I’m posting a pic to prove how bad my nails are! Shape is bad sloppy job, she rushed and looked mad. Listen lady! If you don’t want to do nails then don’t cause now I’m stuck with this shitty full set for two weeks. Never coming back!

I had a nightmare of an experience at Tip Top today. Evidently, it is under new management or has been bought out. Tony was nowhere to be found, and his name was removed from the sign. The lady that did my nails did a horrible job, they were all crooked and deformed. When I told her how unhappy I was, she told me that she did a good job and that my fingers are all crooked! One of the othe ladies there tried to fix them but did a poor job, forgetting to buff one hand. As soon as I paid (full price, mind you) I was asked to leave with wet nails because they were ready to go home! This was after I gave the lady who struggled to fix my nails a 20 $ tip! I have never been treated so badly. The other two ladies present were also very rude. It was literally a nightmare. If I could give a negative star review I certainly would.

This was my first and last time here … Word to the wise don’t everrrrrrrr go here for eyebrow waxing. The lady is soooo rough and plucked out like half of my brows and was rushing me. The chair i sat in was so uncomfortable, to top things off i had to go home n fix it.

This is my go to place for a pedicure. One of the ladies that works there always does it and she is so friendly and does an awesome job. I usually go when they first open in the morning and am the only one there. I highly recommend them for a pedicure!

I love this place! My mom and I always come here to get pedicures. They are always kind and really listen to the customer. If you don’t like it, they’ll fix it!

Loved getting a mani and pedi by Nhi! Nhi was such a nice young man. He was so detailed and patient.

This nail salon was horrible. I asked for hot pink tips with gel overcoat. When they first set the nails, they were white. I then asked why they weren’t pink. The man stated that they were going to be painted pink. I thought, «Okay, you’re the professional.» When he was done, the nails were not painted. When they buffed my nails, there was still nail debris on my actual nail when they set the acrylic. Gross. The pedicure was okay. It was still not worth the money.
