I took my earrings in to get cleaned, and I have to admit, they were in pretty bad shape. I hadn’t worn them in quite a while, and they were stashed away, but I decided it was time to resurrect them. I was greeted by a girl and a guy who both smiled and helped me right away. I had not been in this particular location before, so I wasn’t sure where to go. They had someone come right over and help me. The young guy was very «secret service» like — handsome, polished, polite. A woman came over, and when I dropped the earrings out of the bag, she kind of scoffed at them. and made some comment like «oh my goodness»… Yeh lady, I know they are bad. Anyway, she got me all set, was very polite. She commented how nice my engagement ring and band were. (who doesnt love to hear that?) I went in two days later to pick them up — same secret service guy working the front. He remembered me and politely smiled. He got me taken care of right away. I was in a bit of a hurry, and I think they could sense that. They didn’t even charge me for the cleaning — he said he didn’t want to have to make me wait. Great customer service as usual. Tiffany’s always does it right. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in!

I am visiting town and got some lotion in my ring and needed it cleaned. I stopped in to see if they could clean it for me and they responded «is it from tiffanys?» When I replying no they told me they couldn’t help me. I was the only person in the store so it wasn’t like they were busy helping others. From a customer service perspective it was pretty rude. Who knows, maybe I would have shopped around a bit while I waited to have it cleaned.

My wife and I have been shopping at this store for many years. Our saleswoman is Ogie. She is very nice and is always eager to help and knows the products. We had one issue at the store, and I don’t want to go in to details. The manager went way above and beyond to fix the issue and I was very impressed. Because of that service, we will always do business there.

I came in here looking for a specific item I saw online that I wanted to get my mom for Christmas. After looking at the displays I didn’t see anything even similar to what I saw online, and it being close to when we planned on exchanging gifts, ordering online wasn’t an option for me. I was helped by an extremely friendly and personable woman who took the time to find this item for me, and it happened to be the last one left. It was meant to be! For being Tiffany’s, the $ 150.00 necklace I bought was low on the «food chain» so to say, but even though I wasn’t buying a $ 15,000 necklace, she still treated me as if I was equally as important as someone going and dropping serious cash. Please check this place out if your’e looking for some high end jewelery, don’t be intimidated. They are so nice and friendly here and really honestly do make every customer feel valued… and who doesn’t love that little blue box ;)

We only have one location in Tucson, and thankfully we have a fabulous one at that ! The security is even pleasant and not overwhelming, unlike many other places.
I probably buy more gifts for others here than I have for myself, but I suppose that’s what friends, family, and (especially) boyfriends are for ?! (; No, but really… every time I come in, whether to buy, to clean, to fix, I’ve enjoyed the service and attention given to me.
I’m having a brain fart and cannot remember the name of the lady who always helps me (8 out of 10 times I’m there!), but she’s the Korean lady who is just SO adorable. So sorry, I’ll update once my brain starts working again. Regardless, she’s a doll. Always helpful, never pushy, and goes out of her way to make sure I’m POSITIVE that I’m happy with my decisions. I’ve only ever been helped by her and maybe two other ladies there. They’ve all been pleasant, but I’m definitely partial to her. She remembers my name, remembers what I’ve previously purchased, and usually remembers when my friends or boyfriend have bought me gifts and asks about them.
Service is 110% at this location, and I can’t say the same for MANY other Tiffany’s I’ve been to. They go above and beyond. You feel welcomed, safe, and happy — who wouldn’t be anyway, around that many diamonds and pretty jewelry !?

I woud have to say the guy at the door is strikingly handsome. Very friendly. I notice the ring on the finger. Must be a lucky lady in his life.
The service is always exceptional. The entire staff is always so nice. Looking, buying, dreaming… doesnt matter. Great times!

I think it goes without saying that Tiffany & Co is EXPENSIVE!!! But, But, they have exceptional customer service. Weather you are in there to purchase something or just to take a peak at what will be on your wish list you are always made to feel welcome.
I went in just to try on a bracelet and then be on my way. I 2 gentleman and 2 ladies greet me and ask if they could assist me with anything. I was just admiring all the shiny accessories and felt as if I was being treated as someone who was going to buy something. This store is so friendly, it’s worth just taking a look around.

YES What girl doesn’t love Tiffany’s??? My engagement and wedding rings are from here =) I like to stop in on occasion and see Ogee (I think that’s how you say her name, but spelling not so sure) She always remembers you and makes you feel comfortable when trying rings on, even though there is a security guard a few feet away.
I can also bring my rings in to get cleaned, and I know they are safe.

The service at Tiffany & Co. is stellar. They treat me and seemingly everyone with respect. I enjoy shopping for both calendar dates and spontaneity here. I have no difficultly finding something that catches my eye.

It may be sterling silver but it glitters like diamonds to me! If you know me then you know I have a small wallet emptying Tiffany addiction. I stop in to this store once and a while to see what I have eagerly stalked on the website and decided to purchase and I have to say out of all the Tiffany stores I have been to in the U.S. (I did mention I have a problem-​right?) this is hands down the best store with the friendliest sales people! Even the security guard is smiling and seems happy to be there flashing his pearly whites and greeting everyone that comes in. I also have to mention The layout of the store. Its beautifully crafted as all Tiffany stores are but there is something unique about the floor plan and I love it. So send me to rehab already! I just cant stop loving Tiffany and Co!!!

Breakfast at Tiffany’s is what instantly comes to mind when I hear the name Tiffany’s. Glamorous, divine, expensive.
As you walk into Tiffany’s you are surprised to see a guard at the front door, quite understandable. Looking at all the diamonds, rhinestones, sterling silver, pearls and the list goes on.
The employee’s I’ve spoken to are always kind and don’t pressure you
into buying anything you are not interested in or can’t afford. On my visit I did purchase the sterling silver oval dog tag with the classic «If found return to Tiffiany & Co.»

I LOVE THIS BEST MANAGER EVER! she has brown hair, tall i dont know her name. but i love her, because of her i will be back soon, she is he best i had an awful situation in phoenix and tiffanys, and i told her everything and she made a accomodation. I LOVE HER AND THIS STORE IN TUCSON

I’m quite sure I’m part magpie… I want anything that sparkles. You can now imagine how I make a beeline for my all time favorite jewelry store when given even the smallest opportunity.
It does not matter the location, I always am greeted and shown the utmost of friendliness whenever I step foot into the store. My husband purchased my engagement ring (sigh…he did an amazing job) and my wedding band here. The quality is amazing and my diamonds always sparkle.
If you go to the Tuscon location, Ogi Reas is lovely to work with! Whenever I have my rings cleaned, she’s always fun to talk to and peruse the store with.
It’s not like I NEED to stop in at Tiffany & Co but really, looking never hurt. Right?

One time during christmas, they gave me the complete brush off. I felt like Julia Roberts in the movie Pretty woMAN.
Second time I went in there, they were fantastic. They have a variety of stuff, and it really suits almost any budget.

Great selection, Great friendly sales people and best of all it is never very busy. Back in DC you have to wait a half hour just to get an available person to assist you. This one is never too busy and they really take their time with you. Of course it is a bit spendy but who is ever going to think badly of you when you present them with the little blue box.

So, I’m biased.
But the Korean lady who helped us in here was so freakin sweet and hooked it up. Great service. Small store. Didn’t expect to find one in La Encantada.
