TCR II Suspension Brake & Alignment

I brought my vehicle into TCR II to repair a lug nut that Discount Tire had broken. I made a 2 pm appointment was told that it would take 45 minutes to an hour. 40 minutes after I arrived my car was still waiting out front. After I asked why the 2:30 appointment was being seen before me was my car driven to the back of the bay. Unfortunately this did expedite matters. My vehicle was finished at 4:15 pm. No apologies or explanation why there was such a delay with an appointment. Overall, the staff just seemed indifferent that they did not meet the service standard they had promised. I had no choice in choosing TCR II to make this repair, but if I did I would never return to this business.

over the past year, had two leveling kits installed on different trucks, they did a fine job, no issues, and can usually get you in the next day. Andrew is great to work with and takes the time to answer questions. perfect wheel alignment after both installs. Their pricing is very competitive. Overall A+.

What an absolute joke this place is. Took my truck in for a body lift, something that should take a qualified and efficient mechanic 2 – 3 hours to complete and was quoted for 5 hours of labor. Ok fine, maybe they are just very thorough and want to make sure they get it right? First they decided that they needed to torch out some bolts that were rusted which happens; however they added three hours of labor WITHOUT confirming with me. Next, I pick up the truck and start to move the shifter around and the entire assembly comes apart, THEY HAD FORGOTTEN TO TIGHTEN THE LINKAGE! I mean really? That is something that could cause serious damage or much worse an accident. I brought this to the managers attention and he tried to blame it on the linkage being low quality, well duh, any linkage is not good if YOU FORGET TO TIGHTEN THE BOLTS!!! The manager was rude and really didn’t seem to care. If I could give 0 stars I would, buyer beware of these clowns!
