I had great service at this location for years. Until this year when a new guy f-​ed up my entire account. He was cool until he got called on it. Usually the manager is quite helpful, and I believe she tried this time, but it was a colossal mess.
I would avoid this store.

This location has a lot of bad reviews– I had a really positive experience though. Stefen helped me fix my iphone after a friend’s 9 year old got into it and messed everything up. I will come back to this location in the future when I need assistance.
I agree that the coverage is pretty poor-​I drop calls like crazy– but that’s not the fault of the staff in the stores.

I normally have nothing but praise for T-​mobile. However, I have been looking at phones because I will be needing to replace my 4-​yr old one soon. I’m trying to make an informed decision so I’m getting as many opinions on the different phones available which may meet my specific needs/​wants. I was in the park place mall at the t-​mobile store there and the man was annoyed with my questions. I felt like he expected me to already know what I wanted. He wasn’t very knowledgable about the different phones, except the Samsung one. I advised that I already counted that one out and I was interested in the windows phone. He said it was a good phone but couldn’t tell me what was good about it. All in all, he was no help and the worst part was he didn’t seem too interested in helping me either. He even told me to call the 800 # with my questions.

this store has the best customer service ever!!! especially from one of the representatives, paul Hernandez. I had trouble with the customer service on the phone and he helped me with no difficulty at all. this is the t mobile store that i recommend in town!!! better than the tucson mall location!!!
