Do not bring your gold here to SELL! I was a loyal customer beacuse they do everything right Untill one of the manager ladies tried to play me I had 14kt gold and 10kt the lady (not disputing any names) tried to buy all my gold as 10kt with a bogus story saying that it didn’t read as strong on 14kt and that jewelry makers mark 10kt as 14kt she also offered a lilttle extra for a diamond in one of my pieces which to me was odd because they never done that before now I’m not complaining about the little extra $ for the diamond I thought it was a little odd but she offered about 250 for all of my gold. Now according to a scrap gold calculator I should have been offered at least 6 so I let her buy my 10kt I took my 14kt elsewhere and guess what they read it as 14kt i walked out with 500 wow what a ripoff this place has become I will never set foot in there again nor my family or friends!
