When I called to make an appointment, I was told they’d arrive between 10 – 4. Pretty big window, but I was promised they would call 30 minutes before arriving. This would give me just enough time to drive across town from work to open up for them.
I woke up early on the day of my appointment to move my couch, tables, all my furniture out of the way, and to make arrangements for my cat.
By 3:00pm that day, I had not heard from anyone, so I called and asked if I should just head over and expect they’d arrive by 4:00. I was assured that would be fine. I needed to be back at my office by 5:00.
No one had arrived by 4:00, so I called the office. I was told they had come in the morning, knocked on my door. Since there was no answer, they left. Note that I was never called, as promised.
The woman on the phone said she could reschedule me for two days later. I was not interested in going through the same drill in two days – moving furniture, driving across town, etc – so I asked to speak to the somebody in charge. She said Eric was unavailable to speak to me, but he would call me first thing next morning.
I asked her what she meant by «first thing,» but she wouldn’t commit to a time.
Apparently, «first thing in the morning» meant «never», because that’s when Eric called me.
To summarize, they never called me on the day of the appointment as promised, they directed me to drive across town during rush hour to open up when they had come and gone already that morning, and they never called the next morning as promised. They never called at all.
I cannot imagine worst service, and I suspect the positive review posted here was an inside job.

Found this company through a groupon deal. Making an appointment was effortless. I was pressed for time so I asked if it would be at all possible to get the first appointment for the day. They were extremely accommodating with my request and showed up right on time! Upon arrival Erick explained what he would be doing, gave me info about the wear/​tear, traffic areas and he let me know what to expect once the job was complete. He was professional and very informative. He did a great job cleaning the carpets. Would definitely use this company again, groupon or not.
