Sprint Store

Advertised as a sprint store, but there was no sprint representative available when I came in.
I hate coming out of my way for no reason.

I cancelled my line with sprint due to some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A year ago, the staff was careless, rude, and completely uneducated about their product. Not to mention the manager blew me off on two separate occasions. Well, today I went to this store to raise some hell due to some serious irritation, and I was completely shocked and incredibly happy to see a complete staff change. Granted, it’s been a year but, sometimes you never know how some people stay employed over the years… The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. I stated I was going to be a problem child right off the bat, but none of the staff members standing there gave me one ounce of grief or a disgruntled sigh. They all were very attentive to my needs. Derek and Chad were absolutely awesome to work with. Both very charismatic and knowledgable. Even though I had a cancelled line they still provided me with all the information I needed to take care of a couple loose ends. Such a wonderful and pleasant surprise. I’m almost sad I cancelled my service due to their kindness. So for anyone who has had a negative experience in the past with this store, give them another chance. They were awesome.

I always find great help at this store, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Stevan I believe his name is, is always friendly and helpful. This is my sprint location of choice!

This store is very understaffed! Every time I go in there it is at least an hour wait. The staff does not acknowledge the customers waiting at all and there is no sense of urgency to get to everyone. I walked out once because I was there for an hour and no one helped me. I don’t know why I tried to go back because it was the exact same experience. Horrible!!! Don’t go here drive further to another store!

This is one of those Sprint stores that is a franchise and skates on the company name, but will put special screws to you, as they write their own policy on top of the company’s. For example, this store will tack on a $ 35 restocking fee if you’re not satisfied with your phone. Be sure to find out what kind of kiosk you are actually purchasing from– just because they have the national brand name doesn’t mean they will give you the same service. A sad lesson I learned and hope now you will not have to!
