Used this service to clean our carpets and floors and was thoroughly impressed. Ivan is a great guy and surely knows his business, as it shows in his results. I would definitely recommend him! Very professional.

Ivan is truly one of the good guys! He’s polite, conscientious and delivers. In this business there seems to be a lot of over promising and under delivering, but not with Service Connect.
I appreciate the fact that they are truly a full service company, whether it be floor restoration (which is no small task), to carpet cleaning and more. No need shopping around, you will be in very qualified hands.
I can’t say enough nice things about Ivan and his crew, give them a try and find out for yourself.

I’ve been using Unilocal for years now… and it is unusual to find a vendor that has all 5 star reviews, almost looks suspicious… as it turns out in the case of Ivan and his team they have all 5 star ratings because you can’t give them 6 stars :-)
I concur with everything the other reviewers have to say about Service Connect, Ivan and his team.
My situation was slightly different, I live in Las Vegas and my 87 year old Mother lives in Tucson. Recently she was hospitalized, and my brother and sister in-​law traveled to see her, after talking to my brother and learning that her home was in «nightmare» condition we were in immediate need of help.
I turned to Unilocal… Ivan and his team were at the top of the list. I called Ivan and within an hour or two he meet my sister in-​law at my mom’s home and we had a plan. The next day the house was cleaned to like new condition, windows washed, the carpet that I mom had given up on was cleaned to perfection and some of the furniture was steamed cleaned.
If there was ever a customer that Ivan could have taken advantage of it was us, I’m out of town and I needed immediate help! I called one other service and described what services we needed and the estimate was over twice what Ivan told us.
My Mon was thrilled with the service and the end result. We have signed my mom up for weekly cleaning services to help her keep up with the house.

Ivan and team were unbelievably professional, thorough and diligent in helping us out. We were moving out of a house, and had paid another service almost $ 500 to clean the place. They had done next to nothing, and left the place quite a disaster. We knew we had to get the carpets cleaned, so we called Service Connect.
Ivan was able to schedule a cleaning for the very next day, and arrived exactly on time. 45 minutes later, the job was done, and the carpets looked spectacular! His price was incredibly fair, and we were so impressed that we hired him and his team to re-​do the cleaning that the other company had done such a terrible job on. He scheduled an appointment for us, and when it was done (and for MUCH less than the other company I might add), the place looks spectacular!
I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone looking to have carpets cleaned or have move-​out cleaning services performed. Honest, fair, hard workers, at incredibly reasonable prices!
