I have to say im so impressed Judy the manager of this location called me to apologize for my bad experience she made it right. She was genuine and very attentive to my complaints. She was very kind and professional and even though she didn’t have to reach out she did. It really meant a lot!

Just had a massage with a new therapist, JT, and it was fantastic. He incorporated my feedback immediately and gave special attention to my specific needs.
Terrific massage and as always, the front desk staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

Took my grandmother to Rubs for the first time and she was massaged with her clothes on. I only found this after we paid and given tips to the technicians. My therapist was very thorough, but my grand mothers was apparently not I am truly disappointed with this outcome. After finding out how my grandmothers session turned out. I called back to provide feedback and the receptionist said I would get a call back from the manager. So, this whole experience was a total bust (waste of money and inconvenient). Stressed out and dissatisfied customers. — T

I’ve been coming to Rubs for years. The front staff here is friendly, the price is reasonable (even better with the membership). I have only tried three of their current massage staff because one of them is so good that I only try another if he’s on vacation. I’ve been requesting the same massage therapist here for two or three years now, and have never been disappointed.
They are great about same– or next-​day appointments. If you’re like me and hate to plan ahead for luxury expenditures like massage, this is important. I rarely call any earlier than the morning that I want to come in.
I think it’s important to find a massage therapist that you like, who listens to your needs, and who makes you feel good. I know sometimes it takes a couple of tries, but it’s worth it once you’ve got one. In fact, I think I’ll go call and make an appointment now.

Tanisha wasn’t in today so I had a massage with Colleena which was great! She does firm pressure and I like really deep pressure so I thought it’d be merely okay, but it wasn’t — it was great! Colleena spent extra time on my shoulders which was wonderful.
I left feeling like I was in a post-​massage stupor, I was SO relaxed! My bf had a massage by Sean which he LOVED. Sean does deep pressure and the bf was quite happy with the whole thing. Yay Rubs!

This place ripped me off. I bought a gift card for $ 50 and the person I was giving it to wasn’t going to use it so they gave it back. When I went to use it myself they said it had expired because it was over a year old. That’s like charging $ 50 interest, and should be criminal. To top it off the place was cold, including the front desk staff, and the therapist didn’t spend an entire hour on me.
I wouldn’t recommend this place, and certainly don’t buy a gift card from them.
