HUGE issue with this store. I spent an hour and a half of MY strictly planned out time going through aisles picking out clothes for myself, and when I get to the dressing room I am told I cannot go in with my child in her car seat attached to the cart. I am told I have to not only go back and forth for my clothes(typical rule) but I need to lug my 7 month old and her carrier back to a room first. Now, you may not think this is a big deal — but I am.5 foot nothing 100lbs — this is not just a simple task for me. Approached the manager and he would not budge on this. I am a mother of 2 and never have a been denied this, alone yes, but never when I have either of my babies… I feel it’s just a complete inconvenience on a customer who does not have time to waste as it is! They lost my money, and my service. I set all things down and walked right next door to MARSHALLS where I am now in a fitting room, with my child in the cart! Thanks ross for my wasted morning. 1 star isn’t even deserved here but since it’s the only choice I’ll give it to you.

why is there such long lines? if there s three cashiers and one guy standing by the door checking your bag’s and purse’s making sure you don’t steal anything.
