These people are great! Called them for help with an issue and Rick came right out. Troubleshooter and fixed the problem. Highly recommend this company! They are fast and friendly, and reasonably priced.

We had a tip out issue on our RV on arrival in Tucson. Unfortunately Rick was not our first call. When it became apparent we needed someone else — in a hurry– we called Rick. I explained our predicament to Kathy and she set into action — what a gal! Rick showed up the same day on his way home that evening and diagnosed the problem so that Kathy could try to find/​order the part the next day. She got up at 5a to make the east coast calls for next day delivery to facilitate our short time frame, thats dedication & excellent customer service! Alas in wasn’t to be but Rick & Kathy did all the could to get us on our way & facilitate the repair. I’ll use them again if need be when we’re in the area.

Okay, so we were out of town and had an electrical problem on our RV. We were an hour away from Tucson, and called three local places in Benson, AZ. We had a house call from somebody who clearly knew nothing about RVs. A lady at the park said «you better call Saul» not really, she said call Rick. She has used him a number of times, and so do all of the snowbirds in the park where they winter in Tucson. He would have come to Benson, but we waited until we got back. He was running behind, Kathy who sets the appointments, called us and told us he was running behind. When he got there he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for LESS than what we paid the clueless man for thirty minutes of doing nothing. I would not hesitate to use Rick, he really is a knowledgeable person and I always love doing business with a fellow veteran. 82^nd Airborne no less! Thanks Rick and Kathy for the great service.
