I went in there for lunch and had never been to a Quiznos before, so I took a minute to look over the menu. While I was doing that one if the girls was giving me just a nasty look the entire time. I thought I’d just keep it simple, so I ordered a sandwich, asking only for turkey and swiss, no rand like it says on the menu, and the first thing she does is glob on a ton of ranch. So I ask her to redo it, and she very rudely tosses the one she messed up out, and grabbed the wrong bread and remade it. I didn’t even bother to ask for the right kind of bread. The sandwich tasted fine, except it wasn’t even toasty after going through their toaster oven. It was very expensive for what I got, the service was rude, and one of the employees was sitting on the COUNTER when I left. I will definitely NOT be going back there, let alone any other Quiznos again.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. The place was empty. So we got great service. Ordered a couple sandwiches, which were made quickly and exactly the way we wanted. I’d give it more stars if the food tasted better. Not bad, but not great. Not sure why I didn’t like it. It wasn’t anything the servers did, but I guess it was just me. Or maybe it was all the pickles that Hubby had put on it? The store was clean, service was fast and friendly. I’m sure we’ll stop by there again. No reason not to!

I just had the worst experience with this Quiznos. We decided to order lunch for delivery, since we are having a sort of lazy Saturday. We spoke with someone, I ordered the Veggie Guacamole and the boyfriend got an Italian. We also got one bag of chips and two sides of dressing. We were told it would half an hour. Like that ever happened. An hour later we are starting to ponder the fate of our sandwiches. There was no delivery driver in sight. Then, behold, he pulls up to our house. Half an hour after they said they would. We realize there are no chips or dressing in our delivery bag. We alert the delivery driver who offers to run back to the store to get them for us. We decline, since it seems silly to send him all the way back to the store for a bag of chips. My veggie guacamole sandwich is sans guac. How does this happen? It’s in the freaking name of the damn sandwich! We call management. We speak to Evan, tell him what was missing from our order, and he immediately responds by offering us to run the sandwiches back out with a coupon for twenty percent off our(which is not likely at this point). While I appreciate the offer, I am not going to wait another hour for a five inch sandwich. He acts very surprised by the fact that it took an hour, gives me an excuse about how he has been gone all day, just got in, and is making himself food. I told him I would rather be refunded for order, at which point he gets confrontational, stating that even though WAY more than half our order is messed up, we can still eat the other sandwich, so he takes off the veggie and the chips(gracious of him, considering I never got the chips) and we hang up. The boyfriend bites into his Italian to find veggies that he ordered missing, and at this point I don’t even want to deal with them again. So Quiznos, I was sort of excited to try you again. I hadn’t eaten there in years, and now I am sitting here wondering why I decided to give you another chance.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called order in when left house — 15 min drive minimum. Can’t find store — call again — staff person tells me it is right on Broadway. Continue fruitless drive-around, call again — store is NOT on Broadway, it’s 1 block south of Broadway on Craycroft. If the clueless individual on the phone doesn’t know what street her store is on, wonder how often she’s late to work? So now it’s 25 minute since order called in — finally find store — guess what — order is not ready. Wait for it. Get it home. It’s $%(*U$%Y*U#)* WRONG. What comes after cluster?

I just had to quickly say thank you ! Great service … They even stayed open past closing to make sure my wife and I had time to look over the new menu! Kind enough to even talk to my wife about new selections, custom orders, and all with a smile! With a little bit of comic relief from his co worker he really helped make our night ! Oh they have new toppings as well !

This place has gone down hill as far as service goes. The last few times I have gone for lunch I’m faced with people that don’t listen, don’t smile, don’t even look at you and sure enough — 3 times in a row — messed up my order. Buck-up Quiznos.
