I’m amazed at how many horrible reviews there are. I think we all need to remember this is a FAST food place not a fancy pizza joint. Just like at any fast food place I dont expect excellent customer service, that being said I’ve never received poor customer service here. I always order online and generally pick up my order. I must admit I order here MOST often because the convenient drivethru, carrying an infant and hot pizzas isnt ideal. My order is always done when I arrive. Ive never had to wait long or had my order not be correct. Their boneless wings are good they have an array of sauces. The pizza also has the option for flavor drizzle and flavored crust now. Pretty good for fast pizza. No complaints here!

I ordered two pies for my family from Pizza
because the online prices were competitive and the pizzas looked innovative and promising. I arrived to this location to pick them up and found the lights on the building off, and the lobby doors locked. A sign on the locked door directly me to the drive thru. When I get to the window, I was told «we have to remake your order because we gave it away.» No «sorry for the inconvenience,» no discounts, not even a word from the manager. In fact, the very next words out the girl’s mouth are «it’ll be about 10 minutes, so if you could pull around front so I can take care of the next order.» I understand accidents happen, but piss-​poor customer service is a choice.

We ordered pizza online tonight, first time ordering from this Pizza Hut. Delivery time was 9pm, giving them a hour to get to us. 9:10 came around and no delivery guy, I called and was told he was in the area and to wait. 10 more minutes passed, no delivery guy. Called back and was hung up on. After I called again I was told yet again that he was in the area and that I would receive a $ 10 future discount. 9:30 hits and here walks up the delivery guy. 30 minutes late and with lukewarm pizza… yay for us, NOT.

This place barely looked open from the outside; the windows were covered to where one could barely see inside. It made it look like an ideal place for armed robbery, even with the security camera system inside.
The clerk was nice enough. I would not consider eating a sit down meal here. The salad bar looked repulsive and the dining area looked unsuitable even for a business with the lowest standards.
Three stars for good food: cheesy stuffed crust with half cheese lovers and half veggie. I’ll undoubtedly be back for more stuft crust!
