Very disappointed. Received an estimate in a timely manner from an employee who appeared knowledgeable and professional. When I emailed to finalize work, the employee emailed back that it was no longer able to do the work, with no explanation at all as to why. I sent a follow up email inquiring about this change in position and, again, no response. Don’t make the mistake I made by taking time out of my day to arrange for a meaningless estimate. Use your time and money to meet with a responsible and professional company.
