Olander’s Window Replacement

I could not be happier with the entire process and the people! We had every window in the house replaced and from the estimate to the final day of the installation, my expectations have been exceeded! The contractors cleaned up every day to the point you would not even know they were here.
Don’t waste your time with anyone else!

Replacing our 46 year old windows was a necessity, one we put off because we couldn’t figure out which company to use for the job. We honestly lost sleep over the decision. We did so much research, we got hit with ‘analysis paralysis.’ So many reviews are so awful, we got stuck, not wanting to make the wrong decision and end up with leaking, poorly installed windows.
We could not be happier with our experience with Olanders and Milgard windows and doors. From the initial visit to measure and get an estimate to the final window installation, everything was great. They had creative suggestions for our unique house, which were very budget friendly. The installation crew was great, a fun bunch of guys. They did a great job, and cleaned up as best as they could (we live in an adobe house, and the dust from having to grind the bricks just got everywhere, not much they could do about that).
We’re also very happy with Milgard windows. We had also been looking at Pella, but for the price and a much better warranty, we chose Milgard and are very happy we did. Honestly, we just love the windows and doors and wish we had gotten replacements years ago!

My whole-​house windows and sliding doors project was just completed. The installers, led by Sid, were all great to work with. Friendly, took their time, answered all questions, accommodated any particular requests. Any glitches with installation due to any structural challenges particular to my house were handled with skilled and efficient action. They were very mindful of cleanup, did a totally beautiful job.
The purchasing process was low-​key, no pressure whatsoever, again, all questions patiently answered, took the time to make sure I got exactly the product I would be happy with.
I am pleased with the Milgard Tuscany product, appropriately priced and positioned for my house. A great visual update, inside and out, replacing 35-​year old windows/​doors.

The entire process was wonderful. The Milgard French doors are beautiful and the level of professionalism with every person we encountered was wonderful. The install was perfect, no detail was missed and when they left, you couldn’t even tell they had been there. There was a small delay from the factory because of the custom order, but we were kept up to date during the process. I highly recommed them. We will be using them to replace windows soon!
