Nailspa 4 U

If I could give zero stars I would. Stumbled upon this place while my fiancé was getting a haircut and decided to get a mani and pedi. Long story short was getting a pedicure and placed my phone on the table next to me. When the owner sat down and started the pedicure she pushed the table and knocked my phone to the ground. The best part was that I literally just came from replacing my phone screen in the mall. My phone was shattered and I showed her the receipt and told her i just replaced my screen on my phone. With no regard to what just happened she told me theirs nothing she can do about it. I asked her if she could replace the screen or give me what I just paid (which was on the receipt) so that I can re-​fix my screen and she said no and that I could buy the screen online and do it myself. Lol I can’t help but laugh. I left the nail salon crying without a pedicure and told my Fiancé what happened and he proceeded to speak to her. When speaking to her she began to yell at him and then called the cops on us. She was wrong and she knew it. Will never in my life return to this place.

I was really hesitant on leaving a bad review… but after I consulted a nurse — I do have a nail fungus. I noticed my nail felt funny so I took my nail polish off right away and saw that my nail had some discoloration and parts of my nail wasn’t connected to the nail bed anymore. That’s disgusting! I’ve had my nails done many times before and this has never happened! Unfortunately it happened here so I don’t recommend this place. The girl that did my nails was pretty nice though.

Not at all impressed with my mani/​pedi. The lady didn’t make conversation with me at all and when I attempted to make conversation she answered with very few words. I cut her some slack when I thought she couldn’t speak English until she turned around and lectured her daughter about school-​not impressed. On top of that my simple light pink gel manicure was awful, there was polish left on the sides of my nails and she left the polish jagged at my cuticles ALL the while she fiddled with her phone and rushed my manicure. Overall my mani/​pedi took 30 mins and I was left with a insanely large bill for sucky services. Definitely not coming back.

This is hands down, by far the best nail place in Tucson, especially on the East Side. My main nail guy was out of town and I wanted to find a place more close to home. I tried about 3 other places around the eastside and everyone was cold, disinterested, and didn’t really listen. I was dissatisfied each time. When my best friend and I stumbled across this place, it was like striking gold! All the ladies here are fun and friendly and really get to know you. We have been back several times since about May of 2013, and even if several months go by without a visit, once we do come back we’re greeted with smiles. The attention is prompt, even if they’re kind of busy. They make sure our water (for the pedicure chairs) isn’t too hot and bring a bottle of water or magazine if we need one. I don’t think I have ever left dissatisfied once.

My friend and I only come here for our nail needs. We love everyone that works there, you get your own box of utensils that they only use on you, they are very clean. Everytime I come visit we come get pedicures!

Very disappointed in this place. Over priced for the quality of work I received. I got a full set pink/​white which took an hour and a half which would have been fine except I had to go home and spend another half an hour filing them so they looked half way decent and even then I still have spots where the acrylic is on my skin at the top of my fingers. I’ve never gotten my nails done and left with the nails on one hand are not the same shape as the other hand. Needless to say I will be finding another place and get in them redone this weekend. I haven’t had any other services done here so I can’t say how well they do anything else but please don’t go here for a full set… you will just be wasting your money…

I love this place! This is the BEST treat I can give my self or anyone I LOVE! I take my Mother, Daughter, Sister and Best Friend often! The service is AMAZING! Also the fact that it is also ALWAYS so CLEAN! I love the relaxing music, Water bottle given at Door, Candies and treats, the personal box every one is given is so NICE! Also the welcoming the staff gives us at the entrance, it is great! I love it and I am SO happy to have them near me!

Pros: they keep a box of tools for regular clients. they have many spa treatments. they give decent massages. service is fast and they are friendly.
Cons: they dont do that great of paint jobs in that they are uneven if you get a french manicure and they often chip and peel in a few days. The pricing is a bit high. Also some of the lotions/​scrubs they use are really strong scented and can be a bit irritating to the skin.

I really love the fact that everyone has their own box of «tools»! I don’t have to share my emery boards, buffers etc with anyone else! The cleanliness is outstanding! I have been going the have my nails done there for about three years and love what they do! I have been to other salons and always go back to Nail Spa 4 U! I find them to be very friendly and talk them all the time. I have never experienced them talking about the clients in their own language, which they use rarely! Never have experienced nails popping or peeling or any problems for that matter!
Try them!

Seriously one star from the one and only review? I had stumbled upon this place after having lunch with a friend on east side. I rarely make it to that side of town, but I knew I needed a pedi.
As soon as I walked in someone greeted me and directed me to the first chair. I picked my color and sat down. Since I am a talkative person I hate when the person who does my nails is quiet, and this wasn’t the case the lady and I talked the entire time. We talked about water and what one we like and ones we didn’t she even took direction well on how I like my pedi’s «square» and she even dug out the in grown toe nails.
GREAT time!
