We are 2 months in to a 6 month subscription. The coffee choices have been fantastic and customer service has been VERY responsive. Our last order spent a day at our local post office while we were gone on vacation and the fresh roasted coffee aroma from the box was much loved by the postmen. We just extended our subscription to 12 months.

A huge glaring problem with Mistobox is communication. I’ve sent four emails over the course of three or four weeks. I’ve only received one reply from Samantha at Mistobox and when I replied to her email with another question, I get nothing back. I just sent them an email asking them to delete my account and credit card information etc. We’ll see if I even hear back from them. Their monthly coffee subscription started OK but on the third month I received the same coffee as the previous month. It’s supposed to be something different each month. This is what started my chain of email questions to them and subsequent cancelling of my subscription. Would not recommend purely for the fact that they seemingly cannot provide good customer service.

Update: after requesting a refund and threatening to dispute the charge, I received an email response. They promised to ship the coffee immediately(which they did), and also refunded my original payment. While it was very nice of them to refund the amount paid, it isn’t worth the hassle and follow-ups required. After all, isn’t «hassle-free» buying the point of a coffee subscription? Won’t use again. Ordered a gift shipment on Dec. 20, 2014. 25 days later, it has yet to arrive. The status was updated to «Shipped» and a shipping label was created but the product was not shipped. After contacting customer service(3-day delayed response), they shipped another package(apologized for not shipping) with the same issue as above. The package label is created for the second time but the product has not shipped. After twice requesting a refund, there has been no further communication. Don’t really know what to do except to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. Poor service, poor communication. No way to review the product because it never arrived.

Slow shipping. Really slow. Like, they only ship twice per month in large batches slow. Really disappointed in the service. Coffee is a unique as the grocery store selection.
