As soon as we walked into the door our feet were stuck, there were bits of trash and food all over. We were told the play place was being cleaned, we waited. Upon entering the play area after the worker was in there for an hour according to the manager, the floors again were sticky. Food was on the floor, trash was overflowing, inside the play tubes stunk. Even the tables in the main area were all dirty with the exception of one. This is my second attempt and will NEVER return to any McDonald’s ever. They have lowered the bar for the last time.

1– instead of honoring the local tv commercial discount (s), the a.m. mgr. made excuses & did not honor what was advertised.
2– lack of service — for only one mcmuffin, had to wait for… more than 4 minutes. had to remind a front line employee about order, prior to receiving. sad!!!
” will never return to this location & must warn all on social networks to not waste time, fuel & $ (not 1 red cent) here.“
if, the owners really care, hopefully, they will wake up & know how much they lose & will continue to lose due to the power of social media.

We went here this morning (8÷7÷15) for some iced coffees and breakfast sandwiches for work and my coworker found a giant dead grasshopper in her coffee. Really disgusting!

As far as McDonalds go, this one is better than average. There was never a line, the place was always clean and the employees were friendly, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from an under-​shopped McDonalds. It gets four stars because the locals must know something I don’t, unsure why this location was always empty, but it makes me wonder. They got my order correct every time, but I only ever order just one item (a smoothie), so j hope they don’t have a chance to mess it up.

The service was so slow we stood at the cash register for almost 10 minutes before being noticed Finally we just walk out without ordering. the temperature of the building as too warm. Do not go to this McDonalds

I don’t know why I keep going here other than its about 2 min from my house. About 95% of the time I go through the drive thru, they forget half my order. Tonight my family and I sat in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes waiting to pay and get our food. And true to form, they forgot my hamburger. I got a smug «Sorry» when I was like where the hell is my burger!!! About 50% of the time, the fries are cold. If you go inside, the restaurant is moderately clean. I have better experiences elsewhere. If you go here, MAKE SURE you check your order before you leave the drive thru, cause it probably will not all be there.

only three stars here becuase even though they are quick, the food seems rushed and sometimes doesn’t come out all the way wrapped — I would rather sit in a long line at the one next to the base and get good quality and drive a bit farther than go to this one by my house and have to feel jilted … 3 stars until the food is better qaulity… (what am i saying this is fast food) until they take their time and not rush the packaging of the mostly processed bad stuff for my body that i shouldn’t be eating anyway…
