DON’T WASTEYOURMONEY. I bought a couple of groupons for my wedding on Wednesday for my mom and I. I called several times to make an appointment and the phone was finally rudely answered once to tell me they were closed(even though the website had their hours listed as open) and that it was this lady’s personal cell phone I was calling. We’ll then don’t list your cell phone as your business phone on your website! So without being able to make an appt we walked in and were told that since we had a coupon we needed to make an appointment and we’re kicked out of an EMPTY nail salon because they were too busy. Truly a heartbreak days before wedding but so glad I didn’t let them anywhere near my nails. What a terrible experience with horrible customer service.

I had a great experience at Lily Nails. The place is scrupulously clean and the nail ladies did a fine job. I learned that gel nail polish lasts a long long time. The pedicure was perfect. I left happy!

Warning! Don’t purchase a groupon with these people. They make it very difficult to schedule. I made the appt a month in advance so that I could ‘get in’ and once I arrived(being 5 minutes late), she said I couldn’t go anymore. Tiny space with rude ladies. Don’t recommend at all!

This place was nice and clean, but the lady was not friendly at all. I was planning for a relaxing moment at Lily’s Nails but she kept stressing me out the entire time. I had to pay $ 12 dollars extra for the nail polish on fingers and toes. I had to remove it the following day because the polish on my finger nails didn’t look good at all.

Despite some of the bad reviews on here, I decided to bring my daughter since they’re open Sundays and don’t require an appointment. Sadly, it really was an awful manicure. My nail edges were jagged and I had to file them smooth after I left. My daughter’s nails weren’t evenly shaped and she hated the color. The color is obviously not the tech’s fault other than that she told my daughter the fist color she picked wouldn’t look good. What? Also, I don’t know what products were used, but my hands and nails feel dried out. The white french tip on mine is splotches too. Don’t go!!! I wish I wouldn’t have wasted $ 45 and it was so crummy it made my daughter and I grumpy and spoiled our afternoon fun time.

I bought a Groupon deal thinking it was a steal, boy was I wrong. I called two weeks before my desired appt date and was told to call back closer to the date due to a high no-show rate. I then called back a week before the desired date and was told«people usually don’t wait a week to schedule their appt! I’m all booked!» Very frustrating. Needless to say, I didn’t schedule an appointment because of the poor customer service.

I was thrilled with a great groupon deal for a mani/pedi but my experience was awful. We were on time for our appointment after being called an hour before to verify our appointment. We had to wait over 20 minutes. The nail polish we wanted was an «up charge» which I have never heard of. The woman who worked there was rude and snappish. It was not the typical relaxing experience I normally hope to have at a pedicure. I would never return here again Groupon or not. My nails are all bubbly and the«special polish» we paid extra for began chipping a few hours after.

The place was very clean and sanitary. They use plastic covers for foot bath. Relaxing peaceful environment. Technicians were extremely friendly and helpful. My nails look great! This will deffinately be my new nail place.

First: I have a groupon yes so why offer those if you can’t get an appointment… second: why do these people make you feel like an idiot as soon as you walk in… third: I shouldn’t have to defend myself for having a groupon to start off and then have to wait month’s for the next available appointment, especially when usually things like Mani pedis are something that people get more frequently… note to any readers DONOTGOHEREEVER… as for myself I will be contacting groupon myself to get my money back and just go to a place where I will feel relaxed because at the end of the day that is why I wanted to get my nail done… I truly wish I had checked reviews before my purchase… Especially when the responses by the establishment are nothing short of EXCUSES

Normally a pedicure includes nail polish in the price however that was not mentioned what so ever in my recent visit. $ 6 for polish on top of a $ 24 pedi. Felt scammed and made a good experience turned sour. Would not go back.

What a scam. If I could give zero stars I would. First off, they took my friend and I back an hour late despite our appointment. They charged us an extra $ 25 for gel French tips on top of our Groupon saying the nails would last 4 weeks. $ 41 later we left the salon… Only to have entire nails fall off just 10 days later. Called and told them about this and they said«well the nails lasted almost 2 weeks» and they don’t plan to fix it. Regular polish lasts longer than this. Avoid this place.

If you want to be shrieked at and berated, this is the place! Unacceptable customer service — an amazing performance in that little cubby hole! First introduction: Lily Nails is a distance from my home so happening to be in the area, I popped in to see whether there was an opening at that time. Although the place was empty, the staff person condescendingly told me I had to make an appointment for those with Groupons but she could do my nails right then if I wanted to pay! I did not accept. Second similar experience: A couple weeks later, I scheduled the mani-pedi but arrived twenty minutes late… yes, it was my fault. Instead of asking whether she could do one of the treatments in the remaining forty minutes(I’m reasonable), before I could get a word out, both technicians jumped up and started screaming at me in high pitched voices about being late(in front of a customer). Kinda shocked, I turned and walked not wanting to be part of their S&M treatment. If it hadn’t been so awful, it would be almost cartoon comical.

The nail technicians were very friendly and the place was clean and inviting. However, I spent an extra $ 15 to get a gel manicure and the manicure was botched within 3 days. The paint began peeling off as one complete piece, first on my thumbs and then on my other fingers. Gel is supposed to last for weeks. Obviously, the bottom layer was not done properly, so the paint did not adhere to my nails. Worst gel manicure I have ever received. I’m very disappointed, especially since I paid extra to opt for a gel manicure and it lasted fewer days than a typical manicure would.

I used a Groupon for a deluxe mani pedi. I’m very concerned about cleanliness. What I liked is they use plastic liners in the tubs. The deluxe package includes a scrub, callous removal, mask, paraffin treatment and a massage. Well worth the exceptional Groupon price! They did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and I’m pretty picky. I’ll be back! * note, this is NOT the same Lily Nail on Wilmot.

I went here with my future step daughter after promising her a pedicure when she was back in town. This place is less than 2 miles from our house and I had seen they had a Groupon for a mani AND pedi when I went to look up reviews before we went. I gave them a call before I bought the Groupon, and they promised to honor the price without it– for both of us! We set up a morning appointment so that we could get done together, but then had an emergency that we had to take care of. Called back, and they were able to push us to a later appointment without problems or grief. Walked into a clean business and watched them put new liners in both pedi bowls. The water was perfect and smelled wonderful. They did a nice job on both our pedis, and even took off DSD’s impossible toenail polish without an extra charge– no idea what it was, by they had to scrape it off her toes! Decided to up our Mani’s to gel polish, and they gave me a French manicure and added glitter to hers. They both came out great, and has held up for 2 weeks. The two ladies working were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and chatty. I appreciated that they didn’t speak to each other in Korean and completely ignore us like I’ve had happen in so many other places. I recommend making an appointment though, there’s 3 pedi stations and 3 Mani stations, and there were just the 2 ladies working. On our way out, they told me they’d add me to their loyalty program too! I’m about due to redo the finger polish, and plan on going back to them. Recommended!

Neighborhood style salon… small and very attentive. I will be back. The technicians were very friendly and my pedi-mani rocked. Super super clean!

Lilly nails is by far my favorite place! I love their salt scrubs! I also had my eyebrows waxed and they did a very good job! Try it you definitely won’t be disappointed!
