Ok. It’s official. This wonderful place is closed. The for sale sign was on the building when I went by today. Time to find a new place to eat…*sigh*

My fiancé and I got take out from hot fusion. I’m glad they are open late. I ordered the braised pork soup with rice noodles. It was fantastic! A little too much onion flavor but that’s just me. I still finished the whole cup! The noodles had a really good texture and never got soggy. We also got the beef ball soup which was also amazing, along with the BBQ pork fried rice. That was at a perfect temp and the nice was a good consistency with a really good flavore. And lastly we also got the Hot Fusion Beef Bun Burger! OMG! I love pork buns more than any other food on the planet, and they made a burger out of it! The beef on it was amazing and soft and the bun was heaven. If you get anything get the bun burgers! It comes with fries too. I loved it and if I ever order take out again it will be from here. Way better than the other places and all that with tip came to $ 35 bucks. That’s usually what I spend at other take out places like Great Wall of China and I get less food. Will order from here again. :3

Needed a place to eat before a Gaslight concert and decided to give this place a try. It was a great value, with good food and service. We started off with crab puffs that were yummy. It could have almost been dessert with the sweet sauce. Both the orange peel chicken and sesame chicken were very tasty. Veggie lo mein could have used more veggies and easier on the noodles, but was tasty. Will definitely go to this place again.

Thank goodness the food here is good, because the service is terrible! We walked in on a Saturday night because Little Anthony’s was packed. It was active, but not crowded. While we were seated promptly, asked for our drink order rather quickly, it took another 15 min before they actually TOOK our order. It was an entire HOUR before our food came out. We ordered their dinner special, which comes with soup, crab puffs, and an egg roll. None of that came out until a full 40 minutes after we placed our order. It was quite ridiculous. When the server came to refill our drinks, I had to ask about our food. When our entrees came out, the manager brought the food out and I was clear with him that we had been waiting for an hour. He comped us a 20% discount. Aside from the incredibly slow service, the food was delicious! My hubby ordered chicken lo mein, the kiddo ordered sesame chicken, and I ordered Mongolian Beef. All were delicious, and even better the next day. I may give this place another shot, solely on their food.

One of the better Chinese restaurants in Tucson. Their steamed dumplings(pot-stickers) are excellent, and their«bun-sandwiches» are made with the same steamed dough used for the dumplings and come with some very tasty french fries. The fried bean curd is also very good, as are several of the pork dishes. Don’t feel like getting dressed and driving to the restaurant? They deliver to almost anyplace east of Alvernon, and you can order online using their website. I live about six miles away, and I placed an order that arrived fresh and hot less than 40 minutes after I pressed the«enter» button. Impressive!

Have been about a half dozen times since it changed from a buffet and always great. Very good with large party or just a couple. Quick service, always accommodating(even with my VERY picky mom). LOVE the noodle soup… ive been known to pick up the bowlvat the end to slurp every last drop… bad manners but its that good!)

Great value for the money! Delicious flavors as well. Ther was only one other set of people when we came in. Service was prompt, server was courteous. Food came out cooked to order, hot and delicious. We had the spring rolls, chicken satay and mixed bun sandwiches. Servings were huge for the money! Will definitely return!

I have eaten at Hot Fusion four times in the last month. Each time, the food was awesome, the service was great and the place is CLEAN. Seriously, I haven’t had food this good outside of Chinatown in San Francisco(and those restaurants are NOT clean, my friend.) I have eaten the beef curry, the crab puffs, lettuce wraps, mo po tofu with pork, lemon chicken, and chinese vegetables with shitake mushrooms. EVERY time the food came out quickly, perfectly and awesome. The chinese vegetable with shitake mushroom was bok choy… perfectly cooked and not mushy… it was like a really good brussel sprout. Every dish has sauce made from scratch. This chef rocks. Anyone who says this restaurant is not good is missing their taste buds.

Worst Asian food I’ve ever had. Crab Rangoons were ok but served cold, chicken satay was like dry dust, sent it back for the chicken teriyaki on a stick and it was almost as bad, fried rice was very oily with no taste and very chewey meat. Thought it was bad when it was Maxim Buffet… this is worse. We left almost all the food on the table except most of the rangoons.
