I had never been there before but when I walked in the first thing I noticed was how pristine clean it was.(And this coming from someone who has been diagnosed with OCD!) So I was very pleased. The lady in the front was very nice and helpful when I was deciding what to buy my mom who I was taking lunch to. She was patient with me and very polite. Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is #1 — I didn’t eat their food but mom enjoyed. And #2 — the wait was very long. Next time I’ll order in advance. Over all I will be back to try next time myself.

This place is great. It’s just so good! It is very expensive though to get something for everyone. But it’s local so that makes it a little better!

Great surprise below we drove home to San Diego. We bought another pizza to eat the next day at home. Great fresh toppings! Our favorite pizza place as of right now.

I love this pizza joint! To give you an idea of how good it is, I hate cheese pizza, but was at a friends house and that’s all they had ordered. So I just sucked it up and decided to try it, and it was delicious!!! A little while later I was put in charge for getting the pizza for our super bowl party, and I decided to try this place. They have never disappointed me. I have been going for over 2 years now and will continue to go. The prices are not that bad either.

Had to call Fresco today to let them know just how sick my wife and I became after our pizza delivery last night. Like four in the morning, angry sick. Asked to speak with a manager and had to tell them the reason why before I could talk to him? Strike one. Explained to the manager that we had gotten sick from their pizza and that I was calling to give them a heads up. His apology: «I’m sorry that happened to you. Everything here is gloved, I don’t know how that could have been us.» So it’s inconceivable that some ingredient went bad in the walk-in? It’s impossible that someone didn’t wash their hands before touching ANY food item in the place? Defensive attitude? Strike two. I made it clear that I wasn’t interested in anything in return. I just didn’t want anyone else to get sick. The conversation ended without a «we’ll look into it» or a «thanks for letting us know.» Just a crappy feeling like I’d wasted my time. Strike three. We’ve been eating and enjoying food from Fresco for two years now, but after this exchange, we’re done.

Well I have not eaten there yet BUT, needed to grab an espresso before going to a show. This is the first place in the US that I have asked if they could make a ristretto, the young lady said no problem(did not say do you want a double, inside joke) and she made it correctly, wow! Got to go back and try the pasta carbonara.

I made my first visit to Fresco this evening, and I will definitely be going back again! I had the Bodacious BBQ pizza, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfect amount of sauce, and the toppings looked and tasted very fresh. The atmosphere is great and the music selection is awesome! The restaurant was very clean, and the hostess was friendly and welcoming. It looks like they’ve applied for a license to serve alcohol, so that will be a great addition!

I was pretty impressed by the menu and the pizza we ordered. We got it delivered to Casa and enjoyed a slice with our beer before heading home to finish it. There are more pizzas on the menu that look delicious, so I’ll definitely hit it up again.

So every now and then I have a BIG carb craving. I mean a no-holds-barred…pizza and breadsticks and cookies kind of carb craving. If I’m gonna cheat… this is the place I want to cave to! Their meatball sub is sooo perfect! Nice broiled bread with just the right amount of gooey cheese on top of the meatballs. Nothing pretentious… just a damn good sandwich. My kids love their garlic knots and they’re a great price to grab and go without feeling like you paid a ton. Oh, and do yourself a favor… get the chocolate chip cookie. Don’t skimp… it’s only two bucks and the size of a dessert plate. They’re buttery and soft with a nice crunch on the outside. You’ll thank me later. Remember… You can always work it off at the gym.

This is my favorite pizza delivery in Tucson hands down. The fresh made crust and homemade sauce is always tasty. they are not shy with toppings and delivery is always on time! One of the best pizza places in Tucson hands down !

Pizza is one of those things, it’s almost always good. How can you go wrong with dough cheese and toppings. Fresco makes a nice pie. It’s the typically hand tossed crust– not thin New York style, not wood fired, not deep dish… Just your good old pizza crust. I feel that fresco uses high quality ingredients, which is important. I have ordered here three times this far, and while it’s good, it’s a little pricey for what you get. Last time we got the bbq pizza which was probably the best out of each of my visits.

Wait was long. Staff was completely lost and delivering the wrong orders. Food was cold and sauce had no flavor. We won’t return.

I’m in Tucson for business and stumbled upon this quaint little pizzeria with delicious pasta dishes. A co-worker and I each chose a different pasta dish and neither one of us was disappointed. If we make it back to Tucson this restaurant will definitely be revisited :-)

Went for a late night meal to try out. Kind of a Italian Casual restaurant where you order your pizza and pasta at the counter and then set down. Drinks are soda fountain. Ordered the Super Sticks which are kind of like knots, I thought they were kind of doughy and bland, but my wife liked the buttery and garlic taste.(hint: check in and your sticks are Free) They were also very sufficient served on a large plate with decent red sauce. The Fettuccine Alfredo was also bland, but we didn’t add any meat to it. I had the stuffed Spinach shells which was very good. My wife took a lot my shells. The main courses were also a good size portion, and we actually had to get to go boxes. Funny how the food was on ceramic plates and the cups were paper fountain. Another hint is you can pick up your cheese, pepper shakers at the front or ask for them when your meal comes. The facility was a mix of booths and tables and chairs. Our table was a little wobbly because of the ceramic floor. The staff were very pleasant for the end of the night. They really focused on being nice. When we arrived I listened to a staff person offer a free pizza for a complaining customer and when we left a person was rudely complaining about«cheese»? I don’t know, but when I asked for a lid for my cup the staff explained they were out of and generously offered a large cup. Not bad. I guess I need to try the pizza next time.

Love this place for take-out/delivery! There are so many pizza places in Tucson — the places with hoity-toity toppings seem to be multiplying like crazy(although I can’t complain since I love any kind of pizza). I would describe Fresco’s as a cross between Domino’s and the hoity-toity places. The crust is similar in thickness to your standard Domino’s — relatively thick and bready. But the toppings are fresh and the combinations are unique. Their fresh ‘n fantastic is my new favorite — sliced tomatoes, mozz, big scoops of fresh ricotta, and probably a bunch of other delicious things I’m forgetting. Their pesto is also wonderful although as other reviews have noted, a little salty, so it’s good to also order something else to balance it out. The one we weren’t crazy about was their version of Hawaiian, which added onions, peppers, and shrimp to the typical Canadian bacon and pineapple. It was way too much on a slice. They are not particularly cheap but often have coupons in the papers or in the U of A student discount book that are abundant on campus at the beginning of the semester. Great place to order from and watch a movie at home on a lazy cooking night!

They’re nice, food’s fresh and plentiful, which translates to a doggie bag. I appreciate the casual atmosphere and good service. I’ve not met a meal I didn’t like. Even their choice of music rocks. The garlic bread should be a separate food group. Their pasta primavera, Alfredo, and tomato soup are the best dishes I’ve had so far. Light in hand with the sauces but a full-on flavor. I missed the ricotta in the spinach and cheese calzone, and the temperature of their dishes could be hotter(full disclosure: I like my food to scald the roof of my mouth). The pesto is a tad too salty for my health. But even with these minor dings, fresco still rocks. They get it right. And that’s why I’ll keep coming back, again and again. And I bring friends too.

I used to love Fresco and ordered there all the time when I worked down the street. Well I moved around and kinda forgot about it but now that I am back in their delivery area I recently started ordering again and it’s delicious! So far we have just stuck with delivery and have never had a problem. Our go-to is the Totally Topped pizza without green peppers. Always arrives fresh and gooey with a nice chewy crust, similar to Magpies. They have a large variety of salads and those are always very fresh and they have a good chunky bleu cheese too. Wings are oven baked and while we prefer fried we still have to order some when we call. Overall we really enjoy Fresco and hope they keep up the good work!

Ok everyone I’m a little bummed after reading all the stellar reviews. I give this pizzeria 3.5 stars. We ordered Alfredo Florentine and Fettuccini Alfredo with Jerk chicken. And since we heard such fantastic reviews we used the Check in deal for a ½order of Pesto bread sticks. The Fettuccini was slightly overcooked but not mushy. The Alfredo sauce while ok was slightly runny and didn’t really«stick» to the noodles. My chicken was just plain un-seasoned sliced chicken breast of sort. «Pre-packaged frozen» is my guess. My husbands jerk chicken had great flavor. The pesto bread. Holy wow, I love love garlic, but in my first bite I got about ¼ of a raw clove. Toooo much. On a bright note though, the dipping marinara was stellar and the most«fresca or fresh» flavor they had. In short. Its a decent restaurant, and I didn’t hate anything, but truthfully, There are at least 3 other Italian restaurant’s in town I would rather eat at. Good luck all, live and eat well

After being so disappointed in my foodie outings lately, I come back to Fresco. I have ordered from here many times and they never disappoint. Way to go Fresco, great prices, super fresh and yummy food. The customer service is awesome too, plus they give free pesto strip when you check in and they have a new rewards program! If I didn’t get sick of eating pizza and pasta every time I ordered out, I’d order here exclusively! At least my reviews would always be nice and tasty! Enjoy fellow Unilocalers!
