First let me say I had no problem finding the place, which is a big win in my book! The receptionist was sweet, checked me right in and made sure I had everything I needed. Kim took my weight and BP, and made me feel right at home. The notes she took were so good that I didn’t have to recover everything with my caregiver. A first for me. The whole place is spotless, and even though the waiting room was crowded there was plenty of seating. I was lucky enough to have found Dr Robin Poedel, NP. I can’t recommend her enough! If I told you how over the top excellent her care is you would think I was making it up. Sufficient to say I have never had a caregiver put so much thought into what was really up with me, how to treat me, and look out for future pitfalls in every line of treatment. I am a tough case medically, but I feel confident that this is going to be a big help. I had forgotten some paperwork and came by to grab it, and the office was just as nice, and fast as yesterday. All in all I love the clinic and the staff. You should try them!
